Chapter 7

Dedicated to my best friend because she's amazing and I love her :3 xo

(Kelsie’s P.O.V.)

It hasn’t fully sunk in yet. This can’t be happening, can it? No way. Not to a girl like me. I’m nothing special. I don’t believe it. I must be dreaming.

“KELSIE! It’s real, it’s happening!” Blaise snapped me out of my thoughts. Had I said all of that out loud?

“HOLY SHIT! YOU GUYS ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO BE BACK-UP DANCERS FOR ONE FREAKING DIRECTION!! ELOUISE, KELSIE AND BLAISE YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE!!!” shouted a very excited Aj.

“So I wasn’t dreaming it?” I asked.

“NO!!” That one was from all of them.

“Let me read the letter once more for confirmation…” I said slowly before taking the letter I had gotten this morning off the kitchen bench. The girls were all over at my house to see if Elouise, Blaise and I had gotten the parts or not. We decided to open the letters together. It’s been exactly one week since the final auditions.

I read the letter for the tenth time today and I still couldn’t believe it. This is my dream, and now it’s a reality. I’m going to be a back-up dancer for One Direction along with two of my best friends. It sucks that Aj and Jess didn’t get in, but they are just as happy for us. We have two months of rehearsals and getting to know the boys before we go on tour with them to America and Australia.

I AM SO PUMPED!!!

“Have you grasped onto the facts yet or are you still in Lala Land?” Jess asked with a smirk on her face.

“I think I’ve got it now.” I said giving her a small smile.

“Good! Now let’s go celebrate!” Blaise yelled.

“Uhh Blaise?” I tried to get her attention.

“Yeah?”

“You’re the only one that’s 18.”

“So?”

“So, you’re the only one that can legally drink….” I said slowly so she could understand.

She stopped and thought for a minute. “Didn’t they put the boys’ numbers on the bottom of that letter so we could ask them things whenever we want?”

“Yeah…why?” I asked raising an eyebrow at her.

“One of you ring or text them and ask if they want to come around to get to know you better and I’ll go get some drinks. Oh! Don’t forget to invite the other girls.” Blaise shouted orders at us while making her way to the door.

We all shouted back different replies.

“Okay.”

“On it.”

“Whatever.”

“YES SIR! I MEAN MA’AM!!”

I got a deadly glare before Blaise shut the door.

Jess was going to text the other two girls who were going to be back-up dancers. Luckily we had already met them at the auditions and had gotten their numbers. Elouise said she’d text the boys to invite them over but Aj and I ran over to get their numbers off of the letter anyway. Come on, its One Direction’s numbers right in front of us! You can’t say you wouldn’t do the same.

“Okay, Emily and Carmen are on their way over now.” Jess informed us.

“So are the boys! They just need to make a stop on the way.” Elouise said excitedly.

You've reached the end of published parts.
