Alyana's POV
I had rang Skye to pick us up from the airport. She was slightly shocked from what I briefly had told her.
Especially the walking part. The fact that I could walk was something I'd never ever imagine.
Something I'd never believe.
I hadn't told her the whole thing though but, since we were living in Skye's apartment for a while. I could explain everything start to finish.
"Hi bestie." Skye greeted and gave me a hug. That was something new. "What? I missed you." She shrugged her shoulders and grabbed the trolley of baggage.
We both made our way in Skye's car. The same baby blue car that she had a couple of months back,
I fastened up Ivy's seatbelt and sat in the passenger seat.
"How does it feel to be a free woman." Skye asks, clearly pointing out that I'm walking.
"Amazing." I say genuinely. The fact that I was able to walk again gave me that sense of peace in myself that I was able to protect those who I love.
"I still can't get over the fact-"
"At home Skye." I say, cutting her off, I clearly didn't want everything to be said in front of Ivy, I mean she's a child but, then again I did just blow up in front of her and the gang.
"What did you tell Ben?" She asks, trying to avoid the silence.

A couple of hours ago...
"How- what- wait Alyana." Uncle Ben was clearly confused. He just couldn't comprehend about how Ivy was alive.
"Yeah I found her. We going to be leaving in an hour to the airport. I think it's best that we go home." I say, rushing to pack both mine and Ivy's clothes.
