5 miles from RHODESIA AELTON
WHITE AVALANCHE 22NDLexington is currently sleeping with his Tempest at his side. He begins moving around seeing images of his time in hell, constantly having to fight for his life by himself. He hears Demons snarling and growling as he gasps lightly, he soon grabs Tempest and places against Zeke who lowers the blade.
Zeke: "easy Lex, it's just me." He says as Lexington calms down and takes multiple deep breaths.
Lexington: "sorry about that, I just..."
Zeke: "I know, you get nightmares of hell, only natural you would given it's hell." He says sitting across from him as Lexington rubs his own face. "Anyhow we're getting close to Rhodesia, shouldn't be more than five miles."
Lexington: "yeah you're right." Causing Zeke to raise his brow in confusion. "I've been to Rhodesia before Zeke." He explains whilst standing up and stretches out while Zeke acknowledges his statement.
Zeke: "Petra said you used the mark on a Wendigo you two fought." He says not angry just looking for an explanation.
Lexington: "Zeke I was trapped hell for three years, my ability to hold back isn't exactly trained... It was either I go all out or die." He says sighing heavily as Zeke looks understanding.
Zeke: "excited to see everyone?" He asks changing the subject.
Lexington: "nervous more like." As Zeke motions him to elaborate. "I'm not the same man I was, hell has changed me even if I don't want to admit it." He says but Zeke taps his shoulder.
Zeke: "people change Lex, you're not immune to that... Especially after three years of hell." As Lexington slowly nods with Zeke looking around for Petra. "Where is Petra?"
Lexington: "hell if I know, probably off training... To think most of us paid her no mind." He says while shaking his head as Zeke looks down.
Zeke: "she your kind of woman Lex?"
Lexington: "I should be asking you that." He retorts since he's seen Zeke and Petra talk often, Zeke stares with clear displeasure.
Zeke: "it's nothing like that, I've been trying to support ever since... Well Aiden." He says as Lexington nods sheathing Tempest as he stretches out cracking his back. "Oh forgot to mention this but I gave Elyria that cloak you made for her."
Lexington: "you actually went back for that ugly thing? Zeke you're way too good of a friend for me." He says having a good laugh from this as he puts on a cloak.
Meanwhile in Rhodesia, Lyra is meeting with her council as Dante is among them discussing a variety of matters.
Lyra: "Marshal Garrett you've reported some disappearances?" She questions as Garrett nods.
Garrett: "five men have disappeared seemingly out of nowhere, they were last seen in the far east district."
Lyra: "Dante will assign some of his people to look into it." With Dante nodding in agreement. "Spy master Hendricks, any news?" She asks with Edmund at her side with his hand resting on the hilt of his sword.
Hendricks: "the Wolf King won another battle, he's slowly making his way towards Ravensbane but I suspect he'll make a stop at Wolf's Grove, Newcastle's abandoned Huntsman academy." He explains as Lyra nods as that actually reminds her.
Lyra: "Headmaster Dante do any of the Huntsman Academies hold a tactical advantage or valuable Intel that can help us?" She asks as Dante interlocks his hands.
Dante: "it's possible." He says when a Raven flies in standing before him as he removes the message attached to it's leg. "well... That's interesting, Elyria requests I send some Huntsman to Blue Horizon, apparently mythics are hanging around it... If it's okay your grace I must take my leave."
