Chapter 10

Harry's P.O.V
We all walked into the restaurant to eat. I looked over at Addie she seemed relaxed but also a little tense. The real reason I wanted to go have lunch was to spend sometime to get to know Addie better. I need to know if my feelings for Addie are more than just being friends or not. We all sat down at the table provided for us I sat next to Niall and Zayn with Liam sitting at the head of the table and Eleanor Addie and Louis on the other side. Everyone started conversation but Addie she just sat quietly and listened.

Addie's P.O.V.
I just sat listening to everyone talk I'm not one to just join in on my own I've always been shy that way I guess that's why I have trouble making friends. I started thinking about my solo I thought I did good but I still think I needed to practice more but that's what I always think I could of done better even though my teammates and teacher say differently I still think I could of been better I guess that's why I work so hard because I want to be better than my last performance. Than I thought about the group dance everyone did so well Kayla was outstanding and so was everyone else. I still can't believe we won first place I thought we would at least win third but we went out there and danced our best and today our best was good enough. I was pulled out of my thoughts by Louis calling my name. I snapped my head to face him. are you okay I've been trying to get your attention for the past two minutes Louis told me. Sorry I didn't hear you I told him which was true. Louis  gave me one last worried glance than returned to the conversation. I let out a sigh and looked around the restaurant. The walls are dark brown and quiet it's not very dressy which I like a lot. So Addie I turn my attention to the voice to see it's Liam asking the question. How long have you been dancing? He asked I knew everyone had their attention on me now. I kept my gaze on Liam I've been dancing for twelve years I answered Liam smiled that's awesome he exclaimed. Thanks I smiled a waitress came with our drinks. I don't remember ordering a drink. I stated I did Louis said I couldn't get your attention so I ordered for you he told me. Thanks I smiled the rest of the lunch consisted of talking and eating. The food was really good Niall ate the most as expected. We were now leaving the restaurant I hoped into the car with Louis and Eleanor. Are you okay Eleanor asked  Yea why? I asked Nothing you just seemed a little out of it today. Eleanor is correct I was quiet but I still don't know the boys very well yet I'm still getting to know Eleanor and Louis and I'm still trying to fully trust them. I lay my head against the cool glass of the car and relaxed for the rest of the car ride home.
