Loki was sitting in his room reading. Suddenly there was a breath against his ear, frightening him. Popping up from the back of his couch was none other than Y/N. It only moments like these it is clear she was trained by Black Widow. "Hey," she greeted him nonchalantly before hopping over the back of the couch to sit next to him.

"Do you ever knock woman?" he questioned, still not used to her sneaking up on him. She's been doing it for years now and he's still not used to it.

Y/N shrugged, "You're always reading this time of day."

"Of course you know my daily schedule," he sighed.

She patted him on the shoulder. "I know basically everyone's schedule," Y/N assured him. "But I was given this weird piece of paper in school today," she pulled a folded piece of paper out of her pocket and slipped it to him as if it were a ransom note.

Loki was aware of Y/N antics it could have easily just been the newest meme of him circling the internet, or an actual ransom note. It was a piece of paper with a simple chart. Four columns, one held dates, another names, the next pronouns, the final age.

"What is this Y/N?" Loki questioned.

Y/N leaned back, bowing eating in of the snacks she constantly keeps in her pockets. "I think you'll know if you look down on December 15th," she told him. She also seemed unsure, and went to look at the sheet. "No 13th,"she corrected herself.

Loki scanned down to closer to the bottom of the page. He couldn't understand how he didn't notice it at first look, his own name. "Never took you as someone to volunteer at an art college. I know they don't pay you to do that," she commented.

"How did you get this?" he questioned, throwing the sheet onto the table.

Y/N scoffed, "I've been going to art school for three years, just finally getting around to taking figure drawing. It is a required class."

"You go to an art school?" Loki questioned. Everyone was aware that Y/N was attending
college in the city. Everyone assumed a regular degree like English, or psychology. No one would have put money down on art school.

"And you volunteer to be a nude model and said art school," she retorted, giving him a warning glare.

Loki returned one to her. "You aren't going to tell the others?" he asked, trying to sound like he's not pleading.

Y/N smirked. "As long as you stay in my good graces," she assured him. "Now I gotta tell you about this crazy lady I saw on the bus today."

Loki almost forgot the eminent disaster sure to happen the following day. That was until Y/N graciously reminded him. "Hey when do you need to be in tommorrow, cause I got an early class and I could give you a ride," she asked, as she was grabbing a post-dinner pre-bed snack. Loki almost joked on his tea.

"Don't you have class tommorrow?" Sam questioned, "Why would he need to go into the city with you."

The only sign that Y/N realized she made a mistake was to the slight twitch of her lips. Though she was quick to recover. "Appeariently he has an interview or something with a news paper or something," Y/N said, being just unsure enough to fit her memory.

"Times," Loki answered untruthfully. Y/N scoffed and went to go head to her room, a box of pop tarts in her hand. No one would know if she ate them all in one go, or hid them away from Thor before he did.

"You're not Times worthy," Sam commented.

Loki shrugged. "They aren't yet sure if they'll run it, depend on how tomorrow goes."
