Spring Day

Silence is what you got used to when all growing up alongside your family, You don't mind the silence at all but sometimes you cannot help but wondering what the sounds feel like as you daydream of what it feels likes.

You lamented as you glance at the cochlear implant's magnetize wistfully before closing the magnetize completely to put it aside. It seems that your wish to hear the sounds won't be happening anymore. You have discovered why the surgery won't happen when you were fully awake from the surgery to get a cochlear implant insert in your head. The doctors have to rush to rescue you from the general anesthesia due to an allergic reaction shock that you nor your family have zero ideas about that issue.

You shudder at that thought of nearly dying due to that simple allergic till you jolt out of your deep thought due to the light flashing in your room signal someone is at the door trying to get your attention cause you to glance up to see your sister who happens to come visiting with her fiance.

She smiles sadly before walks over to you to wrap you into a hug cause your body to react by copy her to complete the hug in silence. Slowly separated apart to see each other face to face. (Sister's name) start to signing to you.

~"I heard what is happening...I'm glad you're back with us. I'm sorry that you cannot get what you want." ~

You groaned and shake your head, shake your hand back and forth signal a 'Meh' to uses both hands to communicate back.

~"It is alright, I became handled to it. I'm just glad I'm still alive, I can't believe I didn't know I have an allergic reaction to that."~ You quiver makes a grimace face cause (Sister's name) to shudder too.

~"Yeah, me too. At least we can tell the doctor in the future if that happens to one of us to make sure."~ (Sister's name) sighed before nudge you. ~"Mom says dinner is ready, coming?"~ She wiggles her eyebrow try to coax an odd giggle that sounds out of you.

And it works.

After dinner of watching your family in quietness, munching away to watch other people talking in lips. You somehow understood some few lips reading but not into a complete sentence but that makes you enjoying the normality of it. Your family did try their best to make you involved in communicating but sometimes it failed. But you don't mind that at all. You're more happily settle down to eat and watch.

It makes you wonder if your soulmates are willing to learn sign languages for you to communicate with you someday when you all meet cause you to become a bit nervous at meet them. You glanced down at your right hip to see seven flower buds that have not to bloom signal that you've not met them yet.

You perked up, hear the familiar voices in your head cause you to sit up straight try to make sense of these words but it's all become gibberish to you, but you can tell each voice have their own characters for you to identify each.

Even since you hit the age to received Soulmark only to discovered that you got seven soulmates and the voices of the soulmates in your head that would help identify where they are at. It helps people all over the world to discover who their soulmate is and where they are located at, or help efficiently communicate with each other. You thought that was neat and cannot wait to hear the voice to discover another problem with yourself...

You did try to communicate with them but it seems they cannot hear you at all. You did ask your doctor about that issue only to discover that only Deaf people cannot communicate with voice, only emotional feeling.

You smile softly at seven voices murmuring in the background. Oh, how you wish to communicate with them, to tell them that you are there listening. It ached your heart every time when you can feel one of them grew sad and sadder. You did try your best to push positive emotional feelings toward them, try to get their attention to lets them know that you're here.You got this feeling that they are not very attuned to their emotional side, only voices in their head. But you never give up and waiting for the day for one of them to discover this.

'Hello! I'm right here!' You attempted to interacted with them only to get nothing back but seven voices whispering to each other in gibberish voices but you somehow caught a few words that confused you the most.

"--daenseu--"

You sighed, slowly rubs your forehead as if you're getting a headache from trying to contract so hard to figure out where they came from. So far you knew it was not English but a different language you'll never figure out.

You flicked your eyes over to a book that you push aside while looking at the cochlear implant magnetize to take a break. You pulled the book to your lap to scanned the foreign languages of German. So far you already knew Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, Hangul, and French. German is your next goal to tackle due to not being sure where your soulmates coming from and decided to learn as many foreign languages as possible to study and write a full sentence to be able to communicate with them easily since you knew they won't know Sign language before.

You lift your head to focus on your mind to listening some more to these voices only to feel one of them flicker with sadness cause you to smiles, humming as you send out positive emotion visual it as a cat who rolls its hip across its legs as if it greeting them, telling them that you're here for them, as usual, every time you have done every day for them all to get attention for many years.

Only for you to recoil in shock, didn't expect them to send an emotional feeling back toward you.
