(Y/N's POV)

Well, a heat wave just came into LA, and Robbie, Beck, Tori, and I are just melting out asses off. Because it is so hot today, I regret my outfit of the day because it consists of a jacket, but luckily I am wearing jean shorts to counteract this.

"Now I know how the Wicked Witch of the West feels like, "OH, I'M MELTING! OH WHAT A WORLD, WHAT A WORLD!"" I imitate the voice, making the others laugh momentarily before we go back to withstanding the scalding temperatures.

"Robbie, what's the temperature now?" Tori asks the puppeteer, and he takes out his pear pad.

"Well according to my pear pad...here in Hollywood it is 103 degrees." As soon as we hear that number, we all groan in discomfort.

"My hair is getting so dry, and I didn't even dye it recently!" I complain, flapping my shirt back and forth to get some air blowing on my chest.

"My arms feel like warm, wet ham." Tori says making Beck and I laugh at the comparison. Then Cat walks up to us, still looking like she's in a good mood as she goes to hug me, but I flail my arms about like a madman to prevent her from hugging me, but she manages to make do and hug me, only adding to the ridiculous heatwave.

"Cat, please let go! I am starting to feel like melted ice cream, and if you don't let go right now, I am going to become nothing but a puddle when you're done hugging me!" She lets go soon after but keeps her smile on my face.

"I'm really hot, but I'm still in a good mood." She says to us, making me sigh at her positivity before she takes a seat between Robbie and I.

"Y'know what, fuck this!" I say, having enough of this heatwave. I stand up from my chair and unzip my jacket to reveal that I have worn nothing underneath the jacket. My bare upper body can be seen by the gang, causing them to blush uncontrollably from my sudden gesture. I let the jacket loosely hang off my shoulders like those Japanese coats when it is during the cold climates, what are they called...Gakurans, I think that's the word. Oh well, let's just say that I hang them off my shoulder like that, tying the strings in a knot to prevent it from falling off.

"There, much better." I says as I grab a bottle of water, uncap it, but before I can even take a sip of it, Jade sits in an empty spot of the table and notices my shirtless form, causing her to blush momentarily before she goes back to regular Jade.

"You done with that water, Y/N?" She asks me, but I just drink about half of the bottle and cap it closed before I set it down in front of Jade.

"Do you still want that~?" I ask with a smirk, and I see her eyes widen momentarily. They fall back down as she look at the bottle and shrugs, uncapping the bottle and taking the last half of the bottle, lipping it too, now I know how Andre felt when I did that to him... Then, I see Tori look at Jade with disbelief, causing the latter to look at her with annoyance after finishing the water bottle.

"What?" Jade asks with some venom in her voice before Tori states what she us seeing right before her very eyes.

"You're not sweating." She then starts to feel up and down Jade's upper body and face, much to the annoyance of the one being touched by Tori.

"Tori, some people just don't sweat." I point out to her.

"Everyone sweats." Tori argues, but the others say otherwise, until Beck turns to me with the same look Tori had on Jade.

"You're not sweating too." He states before he feels my upper body, his hands touching my skin, making a shiver run down my spine. "You really are not sweating."

"I've gotten used to the hot weather, but I still hate heatwaves a lot. I usually just stay inside and turn on some air conditioning the whole day." I tell them, and the sigh in satisfaction from just imagining being in a room with an air conditioner right now.

"So what? Are you two like, cold-blooded?" Tori asks Jade and I.

"Huh, Y/N, cold-blooded, not in a million years, Jade on the other hand, no surprise there at all." Once Rex makes another stupid comment, I look at Jade and nod. She does the same thing before she grabs a bottle of sunscreen and squirts some of it onto his face(the actor for Robbie actually said that the sunscreen permanently altered the paint, so they couldn't use that specific Rex anymore).

"Who'd you say is cold-blooded now? You piece of plastic." I say as I grit my teeth at the puppet, who keeps complaining about the sunscreen in his eyes. Andre comes along, looking to be in a good mood.

"'Sup amigos, ami'girls." We all greet Andre before Cat sees that he has a stack of cash in his hand.

"What's all that money for?" She asks him.

"Me." Andre bluntly says. "I set up a kiddie pool over there and I'm charging 5 dollars for five minutes." He explains further. "Sinjin! You got three more minutes!" He reminds said person, who acknowledges the remaining time before he continues to splash in the pool.

"Is it true that sweat and pee are, like, cousins?" Cat randomly asks us, and I think about it for a bit before my head starts to hurt from that weirdly true statement. The others are no different as well before ignoring what she said.

"Man, how long is this heatwave gonna last?" Beck asks.

"They say 'till Tuesday." Tori answers.

"Why would they say that?" Cat suddenly asks, but we don't answer her because of how random that is. Robbie checks his pear pad again and finds out that the Valley is at 106 degrees, making us all groan in discomfort. Then Beck gets an idea.

"Hey, check Venice Beach." He suggests to Robbie, and he finds out that it's only 91 degrees there, which is great in this heatwave.

"Oh! I wanna go to Venice." Tori says, and I agree with her on that.

"You guys wanna?" Beck asks.

"What, blow off school?" Jade asks back.

"I meant Saturday. I could borrow my Uncle's pickup, hook it up to my RV, and we could all go to the beach." Once he suggests that, we all agree with that plan, however...

"Beach? I am so in!" Trina says, butting into the conversation as we try to tell that she's not invited, but they all fall on deaf ears as she leaves feeling excited.

"Fuck off, Trina!" I shout to her.

"No one likes you!" Jade follows up. We all continue to groan, this trip to the beach is gonna be way less fun that it will be already...Wait, I think I see Sinjin face down in the kiddie pool...

(Time Skip to the departure to Venice Beach)

Everyone piles into the RV while Jade sits with Beck in the pickup. I, on the other hand, hop into the back of the pickup with my OMJM acoustic, wanting to play some road trip tunes to pass the time. Although it's a little uncomfortable due to the numerous items for the beach being stuffed into it, but I managed.

"Alright, we're heading out." He tells me, and I nod to him before I tap the RV, signaling that we're on the move to Venice Beach. I plug in a cable for my portable acoustic amp and I start to tune my guitar. "Let's hear some tunes, Y/N." Beck encourages, and I nod to him before I start playing, Stop This Train, by John Mayer.
