Arsine rubbed the back of his head, taking a step away from me. "We have more members, but they don't all stay here. You'll meet them later." He said. I nodded.

"So, do I stay here..?" I asked.

"Yes. I still don't trust you completely to leave whenever you please." Arsine replied, his eyes fixated on me through his mask.

"Where do I sleep, then?"

"Marnie, show Shinsou to one of the empty rooms." Arsine commanded. The short pink haired girl nodded and walked to me.

"Come on." She ordered.

Her voice was surprisingly scary, even though it was so high pitched. "Okay." I replied, following her down a hallway with rooms on either side, which I assumed to be other bedrooms for league members. "You can sleep here." Marnie said, stopping in front of a door near the end of the hall.

I nodded, walking into the room and shutting the door behind me. The room was a decent size and pretty dusty, but it was better than sleeping in the forest so I climbed onto the small basic bed in the corner and fell asleep almost instantly.

The next morning was bright and sunshine filtered in through my window. I sat up, yawning and realizing that I had no extra clothes. Sighing, I walked out of my room and back to what I assume was the common area, where I first met Arsine.

Only a few of the League members were up, playing cards. "Good morning!" Stinger said, dropping his cards and walking to me. Taken aback by his friendliness, I stepped away in confusion. "Don't worry, I won't bite!" He smiled.

"You're Stinger, right?" I asked.

He opened his mouth to reply, but the orange haired girl cut him off. "Don't answer. He could be trying to use his quirk." She warned. Stinger frowned at me. Great, even amongst villains, I'm still the bad guy. I thought. "I don't really care." Stinger said, much to my surprise. "Yeah, I'm Stinger." He said smiling. There wasn't even a hint of malevolence in his eyes. He was purely telling me the truth with full, honest trust.

"Shinsou.." I muttered.

"Nice to meet you!" He held a hand out for me to shake.

I took it, getting zapped by something and instantly jerking my hand away.

"Sorry!" Stinger looked down in embarrassment. "It happens when I'm excited. I use an excess of electricity that's built up in my body to run and move faster." He explained.

"Quit giving him all of your information!" The girl shouted again, making Stinger smile awkwardly and rub the back of his head.

"Sorry!" He replied, then turned back to me. I was completely dumbfounded. Why was he so trusting of me? For all he knew, I could have just been spying on them. How in the hell did this guy become a villain??

"Are you hungry?" He asked, taking me away from my thoughts.

"Yeah, a bit." I replied. Stinger led me to the kitchen, grabbing a poptart from out of the pantry and tossing it to me. He then grabbed one for himself and walked me back to the living room. "So how old Are you?" I asked.

"17." He said, opening his poptart and taking a bite. "You?"

"I'm 15." I said, also eating my poptart. The orange haired girl walked over to us, sitting down. "And you're Ayano, if I recall correctly." I said. She nodded, cautious of my quirk. I sighed.

"I'm not going to use my quirk on you. And even if I did, I can only control one person at a time, so everyone here could probably stop me." I said, slightly annoyed by how much her behavior reminded me of my old classmates.

She thought for a second before sighing. "Fine, I guess you're right. I'm Ayano."

I nodded, going back to my poptart.
