The music was making the whole house vibrate. I laughed when my bestfriend started grinding her butt against my front. I gripped her hips and helped her drunken body move against me. She was always doing crazy stuff like this. That's why we were so close. All the guys that noticed, howled and whistled at us. We were at a "school" party held at someone's house. There was plenty of alcohol and drunk teenagers here. I was one of the few people who were actually still sober. I had to drive us back home so that was the main reason.
She turned around and now faced me as we both danced together, moving our hips and laughing at each other's lack of knowledge in better dance moves. I spun her around in a circle, holding on to her hand. She did the same to me. Half way through the spin, I noticed a boy staring at us. He was covered in tattoos all on his arms and had some peeking out from the top of his shirt that continued all around his neck. He even had a few facial piercings. He looked deadly as he just stared almost menacingly.
When he realized my staring, his faced turned into a smirk and then he winked at me. My breath hitched and I quickly turned around to face my friend again. "What's wrong?" She asked. I grabbed her arm and dragged us both out of that boy's sight.
"Who is that?" I asked, nodding my head towards the tattoo covered boy.
She had to crane her neck around a group of girls in order to see who I was talking about. She swiftly turned back to me with her face red. "He's got a staring problem," she said sarcastically. "His name's Liam. He's a senior. I heard he's been arrested twice. The first time for beating a kid almost to death and the second time for getting caught with weed. I also heard he's quite good in bed," she smirked at me. I barely heard he over the booming music but when I realized what she said, I gasped and then laughed.
I looked back at him and he was laughing at something. I had to admit his smile was mesmerizing but he just looked dangerous in general. Dangerous but tempting. My subconscious added.
"Hey, do you want to dance with me?"
We both turned to see who had shouted that over the loud music to get our attention. A tall bleach blonde haired guy was standing by Ally, looking at her. He had a thick Irish accent and a charming smile. "I'll see you later?" She asked. I nodded and giggled as she was pulled away. I was left by myself, sorta. I walked to the kitchen that was crowded with face sucking teens and red solo cups. I grabbed a can of coke and propped myself up on the counter. I pulled out my phone and went on snapchat. I took a couple pictures of a group of guys playing beer pong and a video of when one of the guys finally got so drunk and dizzy that he ended up crashing on the table, knocking all the drinks on himself.
I laughed to myself and reached to grab my soda but immediately stopped. He had his head tilted back as he gulped down my drink. Asshole. I scoffed and glared at him as I saw his smirk from the side of the can. "That was mine," I say to him as I cross my arms.
"Oh? You still want it?" He rhetorically asked as he held it out to me. I rolled my eyes and jumped down off the counter. Liam stepped in front of me, blocking me from going anywhere. "Where are you going?" He growled. It kind of scared me but I daringly shoved past him to grab another drink. "So what's your name?" I ignored him and opened my drink, taking a sip. His hands reached out and gripped my arm but I quickly yanked it back.
"Don't touch me," I snapped.
"Ooh, feisty," I heard him say in his deep voice. I rolled my eyes and started to walk back to the rest of the party. "I asked you a question."
"And I heard you. I just don't feel like telling you."
"Why's that?"
He kept trying to get me to talk to him.
