I stayed at Alex's for the night with Mer and Cris to watch Cris get a call from the Harper Avery Foundation. I'm sleeping peacefully in Cristina's bed in between Mer and Cris when I hear the alarm go off, causing the three of us to shoot up in a panic.

Delilah: oh my god!
Cristina: oh my god! The phone! Oh Mer!
Meredith: oh! I'm sorry!
Meredith: okay, okay, okay.
Cristina: did we remember to—
M&D: it's charged.
Cristina: oh god!
Delilah: it's charged and the ringer is on.

I toss Cristina her phone and sit up.

Mereidth: okay, hold on. You got to put on some lipstick. Here.

Mer hands me the lipstick then I put it on Cristina.

Cristina: what if—
M&D: no!
Meredith: it's not possible because Catherine Avery said that you were on the short list, and your project is innovative.
Delilah: Mer's right Crissy. You've got this.
Cristina: uh huh.
Delilah: it's gonna lead to the actual printing of hearts.
Cristina: uh huh.
Meredith: millions will be saved.
Cristina: what time is it?
Meredith: 5:01.

Alex pops his head into the room.

Alex: did they?
Meredith: not yet.

Then, Jo bursts in.

Suddenly, a phone rings and we get excited. But we realize that it's Jo's phone.

Jo: hey. No. Uh, not yet, but it's still early. It's uh...

We wait for a while.

Cristina: Mer, Lilah, seriously, what if they don't call?

A couple seconds later, Cristina's phone starts ringing. We all scream in excitement as I grab my phone to record Cristina's reaction.

M&D: answer it!

I start recording as Cristina answers the call.

I walk into the elevator with the twins in my arms and I see my husband riding the elevator.

The door opens and we see Frankie, one of Cristina cardiomyopathy kids waiting for the elevator.
