        Nerve Gear ruined my life. I bought it so that I could play the virtual reality MMORPG Sword Art Online. The Death Game that was created by Akihiko Kayaba. It took two years to beat and oveer 3,000 players died. But that isn't the worst part. In S.A.O. I met Kirito, my best friend and crush, and he met Asuna, his girlfriend. I knew Asuna in real life and she made my life hell.

        School isn't so bad now that the surviving players get their own school. The teachers are great, they understand the meltdowns and panic attacks. It still sucks, though. Kirito, or Kazuto in reality, and Asuna go to my school now. This time, though, I'm not going solo. My best friend, Rin, and cousin, Ren, go to my school, too.

        You must be wondering who I am. I'm just a girl who loves to escape reality. I'm just a survivor of S.A.O., the Death Game. I'm Kisa Amane and this is my life after Sword Art Online.
