With Barry gone (a little sooner than I had hoped, his Magnum seems to kill everything), we were now once again searching for Wesker and Frost.

"Well, how about these doors?" Jill said as she pointed at the doors to our left.

Since Chris and I had nothing better to do, we went with her through the doors.

We entered another hall with doors. Great.

"HOW MANY FUCKING ROOMS ARE IN THIS FUCKING HOUSE!" I was at my breaking point with this shit.

Chris sighed, not sure if he's fed up with this shit or my shit. "Let's just go this way."

He pointed at the door closest to us. Happy to get moving again and not having to listen to me rant about how difficult it was to navigate this place even when there were no zombies, Jill pressed onward with Chris.

After a bit, we ended up in a room with stairs and a small room to the side. There was also a zombie but I just shot his head off using my shotgun. Anyway, in the room, we found a few things. One of which was a note on the ground.

"What's it say?" Jill picked it off the floor and read it aloud. It stated that the only way to truly get rid of these things was to:

----

A: Shoot its head off

or

B: Burn it with some kerosene

----

We also found a container full of the stuff and a small canteen for it.

"Do we even have anything to light it with?" Jill looks at us.

"Sorry, don't smoke so no lighter." We look to Chris.

"Where would you two be without me?" He whips out his lighter and flicks it once, sparking a flame.

"Nice, that should help kill the ones we left full of lead on the floor in some of these rooms."

Up the stairs, we see a wall of portraits that is covering the entire wall. They all have their faces painted off. Weird. More importantly, some more zombies were up here. So we shot them down and burned them in the gas. Gotta say the smell of rotten burning flesh is really hard to get out of the nose.

We unlocked a door on our right to find some more halls. Jill found this piece of wood that looks like it was a door for something. We take it with us just in case. One of the rooms had a dog whistle in it. But let's not actively try to bring more canine friends here unless we have to. A note said to blow it on the second-floor balcony to have "the mutt come running", so until we find that we probably shouldn't use it. Unfortunately, the note also says the dog has something we need in its collar and we will have to pry it off him to get it. Also in this room was a botany book with some useful info on herbs and medicines. I knew about two of these already, the green ones and the red ones, but there were plenty of others scattered throughout the world. Hell, some yellow ones in Spain were believed to even increase your life expectancy so that's something. The book goes as follows,

Green- Recovers physical strength and can heal wounds

Red- Has no effect on its own, but can greatly increase the abilities of green herbs

Blue- Heals natural toxins

I haven't seen the blue ones yet but that stuff about toxins is very interesting. I take the book for safekeeping and we leave the room.

The next room we entered had a fireplace in the center. Jill dropped the wooden mount and Chris set it ablaze with his lighter. After lighting up the room we found a map of the second floor. After that, we head back downstairs to continue exploring.

------------

"Hey, Jill can you pick this thing?" Chris asks pointing to the metal door in front of him. Jill unlocks it and we head outside.

It lead to a small area that was fenced off, keeping away the dogs behind the fence. Looking around a bit lead us to find a few herbs and a big bag of chemicals labeled 'EARTH'. Realizing carrying that big thing around was going to slow us down, Chris offered to take it back to the room by the stairs, which had a large box that would be able to hold it for the time being. Jill and I agree and while he goes back we continue exploring.

The next room we entered was a bathroom. Inside was a tub full of dirty water.

Jill looked down at the water.

.

.

.

She continued to stare at it.

I didn't know what was going on so I just watched her stare at it.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Her hand reached for the drain stopper.

"JILL NO!" But I was too late. The water was being drained from the tub.

A few seconds passed and nothing seemed to be wrong. She looked down at the tub. I looked down at the tub.

"..."

"..."

"So uh... what now-"

Out shot up a hand in the tub.

"SHIT!"

Jill falls over and crawls back to the sink as I fumble for my gun. Thing is, my gun was not loaded so uh...

Luckily these zombies are stupid as hell and the dumbass fell over the side of the tub. He then started to crawl over to Jill, who stomped the hell out of his skull. It all ended in one big splat as his head was no more.

"Dude! Fucking awesome!" I try to high-five Jill for being such a badass, but she was too busy puking her guts out to give me one.

After Jill finished violating that poor toilet, we exit to find Chris waiting for us.

"So, what I miss?"

"DUDE YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT! JILL STOMPED THE HELL OUT OF A ZOMBIE'S SKULL!"

As I describe the scene in vivid detail to Chris, Jill stands aside, looking almost shellshocked by the experience.

'I swear to god I'm burning these clothes when I'm home.'
