ll laughter but he had a big smile and I noticed he had a dimple. No one ever sees it at school becano, I dont like Luke. Luke's a player, he doesnt give a damn about anyone, hes always late to class. Hes just bad over all. But the boys said he talked about me. Maybe he likes me. I couldnt ignore the butterflies growing in my stomach.
"So Raven, why do you talk to this loser." Calum said pulling me back to reality. I stumbled on my word. "huh oh- yeah well he sits next to me in class and yeah he gave me his number to send him 'notes.'" I put air quotes around notes and looked back at Luke who had a smirk growing on his face. Michael just scoffed. "yeah notes." "Nice one Luke, very original." Ashton said laughing. "Hey a guys gotta try right." Luke said shrugging. by that time bubbles headed over to Michael and started to purr in his lap. "Looks like bubbles likes you the most." I said to Michael. "Oh yeah im to one who actually spends time with him." Michael said as he shot glares to all the boys and they started laughing. I felt Luke shift on the couch, he scooted closer to me and i can feel his body heat radaiting off of him. "You play X-Box?" Michael asked me. "Yeah." I said a little to quickly. and again, they all started at me. "You're a secret nerd." Luke said poking my right side making me laugh. "Yes yes okay I am a secret nerd, I never tell anyone." "I bet you dont even know what X-Box is." Michael said staring at me. "Is that a challenge?" asked Michael. "Oh your so on." Michael got up and handed me a controller. "Hate to say this to you Raven but Mikey's the best X-Box player." Luke said as I sat back on the couch and he wrapped his arm around me. It felt nice being this close to him. "oh well see about that." I winked at Luke.
After a fifteen minute one on one death match with Michael, I beat him 42 to 27. I quick scoped, dropped shotted and snuck up on Michael 42 times. "Damn." was all michael was able to mumble out. I just set the controlled down on the coffee table and sat back in my seat next to Luke on the couch. "woah Raven that was really good" Calum said looking at me in shock. "Yeah none of us have ever beaten Michael before." Ashton said still looking at our scores. By now Luke was just laughing his head off. "Oh man i cant believ you beat Mikey. Hes like the best." "was the best." I corrected Luke. "New found respect for your girlfriend man." Michael said as he got up from the couch and went in to the kitchen. Did Michael just say 'girlfriend' I looked to Luke who was starting to blush. "she not my girlfriend Mikey." He yelled back..
"Thanks for having me over guys." I called back heading to Luke's car.
"Anytime." they yelled. why do i get this weird feeling like im starting to like Luke. Why do I find my self constantly looking at him and thinking about him. I dont like Luke. No. Im wrong. I know in my heart. I like Luke. But why? Its the same question i keep asking my self. But i alread know the answer. Yeah Luke might be an ass at school. But thats not him, the real him plays with cats and makes jokes with he three best friends and hes just nice over all. Thats why I like Luke. Hes driving back to my house after the 'date' we just had. A comforting silence come through the car and my heart is beating, im not sure why but it is. I see my house come in to view and he parks right in front. Im fishing out my house keys when he gets out of the car and opens my door. He walks me up to my front door and when im about to go in, he grabs me by the wrist. "hey can i ask you something?" Luke asked a little nervous looking. I just nod. He takes a deep breath. "will you um-" He bites his lip and runs a hand through his soft blond hair, messing it up a little. "will you be my girlfriend?" Luke asked and it hit me. All my feelings evey moment i caught my self thinking about him. Hes asking me out. My decision didnt take much thought. And i felt my self nod my head and heard the words leave my lips. "Yes, ill be your girlfriend. His face lit up and I felt his arms wrap around my waist as he pulled me in to a bone curshing hug. My boyfriend pulled me in to a bone crushing hug.
