HAHAHAHA! My friend sent this one to me, it is so funny! My friend did find this on a wattpad, so, nice one to whoever wrote it, but sorry, I don't know who's! Also, thank you guys so much for reading! I already have a few reads! You guys are the best!! I decided to add Cricket, Blue, Luna and Sundew as teachers here too!

"Sunset? I'm guessing?" someone behind her said. Sunset turned around, facing a yellow and black dragon, smiling from ear to ear.

Hivewings teach now?

Sunset stuttered, "Y-yes, um, that's me..." The Hivewing nodded happily and marked a cross on the clipboard she was holding, Sunset guess she was checking of her name.

"Oh, sorry, I forgot to introduce myself! Silly me. My names Cricket! I get to teach here now, I'm so excited! Are you excited? Ooh, you look cool, are you a hybrid? You must be because you look like a nightwing, but you have a sandwing tail barb! Are you nervous about school? Do you like BOOKS? Oh sorry, I tend to ask a lot of questions!" Cricket giggled. She seemed nice so far, maybe she might have Cricket as one of her teachers sometime, that might be fun.

Sunset smiled. "Yeah, I'm excited. A little nervous though, if I'm being honest." Cricket looked up from her notes and laughed. "Don't worry! I'm a little nervous too! But we get to learn so much! Oh, anyway, sorry. Um, here is your form! It should tell you everything you need to know, like your winglet, your clawmate, and your cave! If you're wondering, go into the second tunnel on the left and your cave should be the fourth cave on the right, got that? Have fun!" Cricket waved and handed her the paper form. Sunset slightly smiled and started walking through the hallway. She opened up the paper and started reading through it in her head.

Welcome to Jade Mountain Academy!

Sunset skimmed by the welcoming message and flicked straight to her winglet. She read through the names of all the winglets and found hers, the Gold Winglet. She was the Nightwing, only because her mother was. She read the names under her breath.

Icewing: Blackice

Mudwing: Moss

Nightwing: Sunset

Rainwing: Cosmo

Sandwing: Dusk

Seawing: Bubble

Skywing: Summit

Hivewing: Bumblebee

Silkwing: Atlas

Leafwing: Foxglove

She hummed a song that played through her head as she finished reading, and closed the form softly; trying carefully not to rip it. She continued down the last tunnel and turned into her cave. She hoped she wouldn't be the only hybrid in her winglet. Just had that thought rolled across her mind, she noticed a beautiful dragon, coloured with pinks, blues, yellows, greens, purples, with scattered colour changing scales spread throughout her body. This dragon had four wings instead of two. The dragon must have noticed her stare, and he turned around and smiled.

"S-sorry" Sunset couldn't find her words. This stunning dragon was looking at HER!

The new dragon laughed as he started to walk up to Sunset. "No problem, I get stared at all the time. They either hate me or adore me!" He said smugly with a flick of his talon. Sunset smothered a giggle.

I don't hate you! You're so pretty!!

"Anyway, I'm Atlas, I'm a Silkwing and Rainwing hybrid, in case you're wondering why I look so odd."

Sunset was shocked. This dragon thought he looked odd? If Sunset looked a charming as him, she would be thrilled!

Maybe different dragons have different tastes in styles. Or maybe he's joking. Well, at least I'm not the only hybrid. Looks like I have my first friend! Yay me?

"Odd? I thought you looked beautiful! I mean, I'm a hybrid and I don't look special." Sunset's head fell. She had wished as a younger dragonet to be colourful and pretty. Every day she got told that she was, but she didn't know.

"Let me guess" Atlas said, interrupting her thought process. Sunset blinked in surprise that he was talking still, she was lost in her own mind.

"Nightwing and Sandwing hybrid? Are you Sunset?" Atlas studied Sunset from head to tail. He started staring at her wings, as though he could make them open just by staring intensely, which made Sunset feel slightly uncomfortable. She spread open her wings slightly, her yellow constellations beaming through the night sky in her wings. She looked up at the hybrid and he stared back into her eyes and smiled.

"You look amazing." He walked away, leaving that conversation completely, and he started unpacking his stuff again. She looked around the room curiously, her mind filling with futures of where her and Atlas were best friends. She shook those futures away, wanting to leave some things a surprise, and started towards the bed she wanted.

"Mind if I take this one?" Sunset whispered politely. She didn't even know why she was whispering, but Atlas laughed and whispered back, "go ahead" and winked. She gave him a small smile and started unpacking. The bed she chose was a red and white hammock. She thought she should've saved this for the Rainwing, but she had lived in the rainforest for a couple years, and became used to the hammocks hanging in the kingdom. She knew she should have spent time in the Night kingdom, that was still in the rainforest, but she had spent a lot of time with her friends, Droplet and Cosmo. Her mother had been friends with a Rainwing named Kinkajou when she went to school. Kinkajou had dragonets with a Seawing, and they lived in the rainforest together. Sunset had spent lots of time with them, and she was so excited to hear that they were allowed to come. She really wanted one of them to be in her winglet. She would just have to wait and see!

No visions about this. Brain? Got it? I want to wait and see.

Just as Sunset was unpacking her stuff, someone called her name at the cave entry.

"Sunset?" The dragonet said.

Sunset spinned around, facing an excited rainwing and seawing hybrid, who was jumping up and down with energy.

"COSMO??" Sunset nearly yelled.

"SUNSET!!!" Cosmo leapt into her friends' arms and they tumbled around the cave floor, avoiding knocking anything over. Cosmo looked up from the ground and laughed, but then Sunset saw her eyes open wide with shock.

"Who is this stunning dragon? He is BEAUTIFUL! Can we be friends with him?" Sunset chuckled she looked at Atlas and smiled as he was still putting his stuff away, but picked up a book and started staring at it for a short eternity. Sunset looked at Cosmo. "His name is Atlas. He is a Silkwing and Rainwing Hybrid. You can go say hi if you want, we've already talked, he was here when I came in." Cosmo immediately bounded off the ground to go start small talk with Atlas. Sunset snickered as she picked up a scroll from the shelf next to the cave opening and started reading about the War of Sandwing Succession. This was one of her favourite scrolls, her mother and father had told her about the war when she was a dragonet and the adventures the Dragonets of Destiny went on to fix it. It sounded awfully cool to be them and save the world with their awesomeness (and probably a little brain power too.) Just as the others finished chatting, Cosmo turned around and looked bothered but burst out in giggles at the same time. Sunset jumped, startled and turned to face what Cosmo was laughing about.

"Hey! Sunset! You stole my hammock! How dare you!" She leapt onto Sunset and then again, they started tackling on the floor, this time knocking over everything in their path.

"Shots on not having to clean this up!" Atlas snickered and he walked out of the room, and right after, in came the most menacing Mudwing Sunset had seen.

Second chapter done! I'm surprised on how hard it is to write about Sunset going to Jade Mountain and not make it sound like Moon rising. I just wanted to introduce a few more people in this chapter, and trying to start the relationship between Atlas and Sunset. NO MORE SPOILERS!! If you want to see something happen, give me ideas in the comments, I REALLY need some :)
