Wake up, get up, do the thing
The world is waking up so what are you waiting for
Faster, you are running late.
Faster, you are loosing money and reputation
They wait for no one

Okay, you are there
You have arrived
You see a list of things you have to do for the day
There is a warm cup of coffee on your desk already
Cream and two spoons of sugar, right?
And daily newspaper opened in the middle
You see something that catches your attention
A boy you used to love in highschool
Is starting a huge company alone
He is swimming in money
You get a text saying
A girl that used to ve your best friend died in a car crash
And another one is having a baby
The sky is grey and the clouds are heavy
It will rain
You sit and turn on your pc
You start working trough your todo list
As you cross the last thing off
The clock chimes five o clock.
It is time to go home..
The traffic is busy as usual
Finally you have arrived
You take your boots and your jacket off
You set the tea to be ready after shower
As you step inside you take one glance in the mirror.
And what you see leaves you breathless
Your hair is messy
Your eyes have dark circles from not sleeping enough
Your face is dry and it's starting to wrinkle
Your hands ache
Your posture is going bad
And all that glam that you set up for the world while getting ready for the day is gone
And you let out a deep sigh
As the thoughts race trough your head
