George knows Tommy burnt his house but Tommy dismisses this in favour of being upset Dream built obsidian walls around L’Manburg
Tubbo and Quackity meet him and wait for Fundy so they can talk about this
The two of them suspect Tommy and Tommy tries to make them believe he didn’t do it, but Tubbo points out it has been radio silence ever since he became President
They see Dream standing by the walls, fully in netherite, and Tommy looking at him constantly only makes Tubbo more suspicious of him
Tommy suspects Niki in turn
George shows up and tells them that Dream said it was Tommy
Tubbo, Tommy, Fundy and Quackity meet in the camarvan
Tubbo explains that Dream built the walls and that he claims all treaties are void since they overthrew the government that the treaties were made with, but Tubbo doesn’t believe Dream has done this without motive, someone must have done something to aggravate him
They theorise who it may have been: Tubbo has built a panic room for the worst case scenario, but Dream doesn’t know it exists; Quackity punched him once; Fundy claims he’d never hurt Dream because they’re engaged; Tommy says he’s just been being him, so nothing
Quackity jumps on the table and confronts Tommy about George’s house, Tommy fakes sympathy and denies knowing anything and blames Niki again
Tubbo suggests actually talking to Dream because this is going nowhere
Tommy wants to lead the way, but Tubbo tells him to stand behind him
They ask Dream straight up what is up with the walls, and Dream says he’s just trying to help since the treaties they’ve signed are null - but he also says he doesn’t really care about all this and mostly cares that Tommy burned down George’s house
Tommy continues to deny this
Dream wants Tommy punished, and if nothing happens, more will happen
Tubbo asks to see the destroyed property but George says he’s already fixed it
They go back and forth, It’s just Tommy’s word against theirs, and Tubbo and Dream eventually go to a separate call
Tommy talks to Niki and Ranboo, trying to pressure them into giving him an alibi
Tubbo gets all serious and tells him he needs to be quiet from now on, and everyone around him is taken off guard by that
Tubbo then gets Fundy and Big Q into another call and leaves Tommy alone
Ranboo suggests taking the blame for it because denying won’t do much good (he sounds as if he does not remember he did it too, only thinking Tommy did something bad)
When Tubbo comes back, he tells Tommy they’ll try everything they can to keep him here, but he’ll need to follow them to the courthouse, and Tommy complains but comes along
Tommy wants Tubbo to be his lawyer but Tubbo insists on being unbiased
Ranboo keeps /msg him to just comply because Tommy keeps arguing
When George brings up that he saw signs written in Ranboo’s hand as well, Tommy steps in to defend him
They put him in a cell and Tubbo asks for his side of the story, but Ranboo isn’t exactly sure what happened because of memory issues
When Tubbo then asks for Tommy’s side of the story, Tommy tells him it was the perfect crime and he got away with it, claiming he only robbed his house and did not grief it
Tubbo tells him he’s been advised to banish Tommy and he hopes it won’t have to come to that: instead, he wants to put Tommy on probation for two weeks, so he’ll have no power and will have to report everything he does to Fundy
Karl then asks what is to be done with Ranboo, and Tommy tells Tubbo that Ranboo wasn’t there, and people believe him
Tommy keeps arguing about the probation thing until Dream tells them he doesn’t think It’s enough because Tommy is just gonna keep doing dumb shit and Tubbo shouldn’t want someone like that in his country
Dream gives him three days to think, and when he /msg Tommy smiley faces, Tommy starts yelling again about how Dream has done so much damage to them and the one time Tommy does something back he gets punished so harshly
Tubbo argues that Dream is allowed to go around and kill people because he isn’t the Vice President, but Tommy is, and his actions reflect on the nation
Tubbo brings up the disc, saying that actions have consequences, and Tommy panics, telling him he gave him that disc to prove his trust to him
Dream leaves, and you can hear the smile in his voice when he tells them they’ll talk in three days
The others keep arguing, yelling at Tommy for not realising that his actions have consequences for everyone else, Tommy saying that now that Schlatt and Wilbur are dead, it should only be between him and Dream
Eventually, he apologises though, saying to himself he shouldn’t have done this to George but It’ll be fine as long as he still has Tubbo
Tubbo tells him he’s all for getting the discs back as long as it doesn’t endanger L’Manburg
The four go back to the van and Tubbo clarifies what the probation conditions mean: Tommy reports to Fundy everything he does, and his power gets transferred to Quackity
Tubbo and Tommy leave together and Tommy reminds Tubbo that It’s just the two of them against Dream and tells him not to let down the person Wilbur was before he went mad
Just between the two of them, Tubbo asks if Ranboo actually helped, and Tommy thinks for a moment before saying no
They bicker for a bit before Dream comes back, saying he has retrieved the leaves and bark of L’Mantree, which the others didn’t know had been broken until now, and Tommy is more shocked at this than Tubbo
They keep bickering for a bit, Tommy complains about having to write books reporting his day

Tommy is aware Tubbo is considering exilin him for the George thing
They meet (+Ranboo) at the new meeting hall but Tommy leaves because he wants to evict Connor from his land first
Jack talks to him because he’s mad at Dream for burning down part of Manifoldland and wants Tommy to give him information
Tommy rebuilds his tower for the first time in ages while talking to Quackity and they make fun of Wilbur
