Chloe and Max grew up together in Arcadia bay with their families, they were close childhood friends who used to always hang around with each other and played pirates at home or in the woods, dreaming of their future and the adventures they would experience together.
We discovered that Chloe had a cat named Bongo which died in 2008.
In 2008, Max was with Chloe in her house when her father tragically died in a car crash although Max was supportive at the time, the family moved away to Seattle, leaving Chloe to deal with her grief all alone. Chloe used to always smile and laugh, but gradually became more resentful of her life without her father and Max. Not long after the loss of her father, Chloe's mother Joyce and David Madsen became lovers. Dave and Madison is a military veteran being and head of Security a blackwell Academy whom Chloe is immediately despised. From there, Chloe has started to get more rebellious, hang around with bad boys, taking drugs and run away from home, making her junkyard her ' Home away from Hell'. She became more and more frustrated with Arcadia bay and conceived The desire to escape her hometown. Her emotionally temperament took physical form, as she got a change to outward aperients to the punk rock style today. She often got into varying degrees of mischief and thoughts and about reputation with the local police over the years.
Chloe attended Blackwood Academy until at least 2010, where she found at support from another girl, Rachel Amber, striking up a phone relationship. Her student file reviews she has a 1.7 GPA, taking part and vandalism before being thrown out of the Academy about 3 years ago before Max became attending. Chloe and her new best friend planned rain away together to California to start a new life before Rachel's disappearance prior to the start of 2000 1314 when Max started as a senior. Chloe planned on leaving Arcadia bay without paying Frank back.
Chloe originally had long strawberry blonde hair before cutting it. She began to die eight some years ago during her time at Blackwell, starting with a chunk at first as evident from a picture of her own birthdate with David and on her Blackwell Academy record photo. Her hair gradually progressed from a large Blue straight to entirely blue.
She also got a sleeve tattoo and her belly button piercing.
Max annoyingly encounters Chloe in the girls bathroom of Blackwell arguing with Nathan Prescott. Chloe tries to blackmail him, keeping quiet about his drug dealing in exchange for cash. Nathan accidentally shooter in the stomach, and Max rewinds in time order to save her, at this time not annoying close to identity as her old best friend. Max succeeds in saving Chloe, and Chloe fleas the bathroom.
Chloe runs into Max again at Blackwell's parking lot as Max is confronted by Nathan, who accuses her of spying on the argument in the bathroom. She rescues max, driving away from the Academy to
Her house. In the car, Chloe is accusatory about max abandoning her for Seattle and not keeping in touch, although she is also seem happy to be reconnecting with her childhood best friend.
