Bad idea right?

Courtney's POV:
07:00am
I slammed my alarm clock button off , my head was ringing what happened last night I can't remember anything

I put on a black crop top ,  some green cargo trousers , my favourite black converse and a gold necklace , I brushed my hair , put on some mascara and eyeliner and applied some rosey pink lipstick.

I walked down into the kitchen and started making my oats "DAD" I called out into the empty house , no reply again I don't know why I even bother anymore he's not been home in 5 days now I guess he's making a new abandonment streak.

As I finished my breakfast I started washing up my dirty dishes when there was a loud engine sound coming from outside I quickly put on my jacket and stepped outside only to see Duncan Tarn on a black motorcycle

"Need a ride to school princess?" Duncan smirked at me "I am not riding on that I plan to live to at-least 30" I said crossing my arms "come on court it'll be fine do you trust me?"

This feels like an episode out of corny romance movie and is it bad I really wanna spend time with Duncan snap out of it court! this is your best friends brother we are talking about but it is just a ride to school he's probably just being friendly , AHH fuck it I'm doing it.

"Okay fine but go slow okay" I say sitting on the back of his motorcycle "Actually it's safer if we go fast" he says handing me a helmet I put it on and awkwardly sit with my arms crossed "Hold on tight" Duncan says "I think I'm fine thank you" I say staying in the same spot Duncan chuckles "whatever you say darling" he starts driving and almost fly backwards I immediately fling myself forward and wrap my arms around his torso as tight as I can.

I bury my head into his leather jacket and I can feel his body shaking from him laughing at me getting scared "ITS NOT FUNNY I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD GO THAT FAST" I shout at him "Sure sure princess" he says

We arrive at school and I try to distance myself from Duncan as we're walking in I don't want Bridgette thinking I'm trying to date her brother or Anne Maria thinking I'm making a move on her man plus it's really not good for my good girl image to be seen with the schools man whore rebel.

"Are you trying to not be seen with me princess" Duncan smugly says from the other side of the school entrance "no what makes you think that" I say "Maybe the fact that your 5feet away from me right now" he says laughing.

He starts walking next to me "I thought you'd stop being so uptight after yesterday" he says looking at me "Wait what happened yesterday I seriously can't remember anything" I say looking at him concerned "You can't remember anything?" He says "Well last thing I remember is talking to you and Anne Maria" I say , He looked disappointed after I said that "Don't worry about it" he says frowning and we walk into the school in silence

Me and Duncan start walking into the main block to meet Bridgette and Geoff "There she is" Bridgette shouts running over to me and
pulling me into a hug "I'm so sorry about yesterday I shouldn't have gotten you drunk after you said no" "YOU DID WHAT" I shout and everyone looks at me "sorry" I quietly say and everyone goes back to there regular conversation "That's why I can't remember anything from last night" I say bridgette gives an awkward look at Duncan "Wait what happened last night" I say and as on que the bell goes "Oh look there's the bell time to get to class see you later court" Bridgette says and quickly hurries off "WAIT BRIDGETTE" I yell but I was to late her , Duncan and Geoff were already out of the door.

It's finally lunch time after a crucial hour of listening to this girl called Emma read her essay on how there should be a mass genocide on gingers I go to our usual table it looks like everyone's arguing about something.

"Hey guys what are we talking about" I say as soon as I come over everyone immediately goes silent they all nervously look at each other "Uhm Duncan stole my jello" Geoff awkwardly says taking the jello of Duncan "dude" Duncan says angrily looking at Geoff "Are you sure that what you were talking about?" I say questioning there honesty "Yeah what would make you think it's not" Duncan says glaring at Geoff "Well it's just the fact that Geoff now has two jello cups and Duncan has none" I say and Geoff  and Duncan awkwardly look at eachother again.

"Oi skank" someone yells behind me and my eyes meet with the schools gossip girl Anne Maria.

I apologise for how cringe this chapter was I had no idea what to write about anyways I hope you enjoyed see you tomorrow 🖤
