~ Saturday Night ~
- You spent most of the day crying and eating ice cream while watching K-dramas
* Knock * * Knock *
- "Come in..." you say with your eyes glued to the TV
- "Y/n, Namjoon is here" your mom says as Namjoon appears behind her hunched over a little bit
- You rolled your eyes and continued watching the show
- You heard the door closed and felt your bed cave in a little bit
- "Y/n...you've been ignoring my texts and calls all day. Is something wrong ?" he asked
- "No" you shrugged
- You saw Namjoon's hand grab the remote and turn off the TV
- "Hey ! I was watching that !" you yelled at him
- "There's obviously something wrong because you never ignore my texts or calls hours on end. Now tell me, what's wrong" he said more sternly catching your attention
- You looked down wrapping yourself more with your blanket
- "I can't tell you..."
- Namjoon sighed and decided to not push you anymore
- "Well, how about we go out and do something ? I heard there's a new cafe that just opened a few minutes away from here" he suggested trying to lighten the mood
- "Okay.." you sighed and got up and left the room
- Namjoon followed behind smiling and you both went outside to his car
- After some time of driving you noticed you guys were getting closer to a park
- "Hey uh Namjoon ? Are you sure you're going the right way ?" you asked confused
- He didn't say anything and you sighed fiddling your phone in your hands
- You both arrived at a park and Namjoon immediately got out making you move faster from your seat
- "Namjoon wait !" you said as you jogged behind him
- Once you caught up you noticed a small set up a few feet away
- "Namjoon...this-" you paused realizing where you were
- "Surpriseeee" he said smiling
- You walked closer and noticed flowers, an assortment of candy
- "White roses..." you whispered
- "Do you like it ?" you turned to Namjoon still confused about the situation
- "Namjoon, why did you bring me to your date spot ?" you asked
- He walked closer to you and held your hand making your heart race
- "Well, as a wise one once said, white roses and any candy along with a picnic at a park would be the perfect date for my crush. So here we are ! Do you like it ?" he asked slightly smirking
- Your eyes widened
- "So- I'm your crush ?" you said pointing to yourself
- He nodded and you smiled
- "And if you're wondering, I knew you liked me too" he laughed
- "But how ?" you asked
- "It was very obviously. Always getting flustered when I'm with you was mostly it, which I found very cute. But I think the nail in the coffin was when I told you about how I liked someone and you suddenly ghosted me the next day"
- You looked down and sighed in relief that this wasn't a one sided love
- "I'm sorry I acted like that. I guess I was hurt and since I didn't know you liked me, I didn't know what to say to you" you rubbed the back of your neck feeling embarrassed
- "It's alright. Let's sit yeah ?" Namjoon said as he dragged you over to the picnic set up and you both sat down
- You both spent the rest of the day talking and eating the food Namjoon prepared
- You were laying down on his lap as you both were looking at the stars
- "So y/n"
- "Yes Namjoon ?"
- "I guess I should ask the big question now, would you like to be my girlfriend ?" he asked staring down at you
- You sat up and leaned in to kiss him
- He reciprocated and after a few seconds you pulled
- "I take that as a yes then ?" he chuckled
- "Yes" you said smiling and proceeded to hug him as he wrapped his arm around you
- Both sitting in silence never wanting this moment to end
