Maybe a second

They say
When a person gets heartbroken, the first week they'll try to walk through it with ignoring the feeling of being ...sad

I must say it's true

In the first weeks or days

You'll be spending that period of time by saying
"I don't care if they left... let them, I don't need anyone."

You will be talking more than usual those days, you'll be mumbling words that makes no sense

Laughing at stupid and meaningless things

Just to show them that you're doing amazing without them
So that they feel even worst than you do

So you could taste the joy of being the one who they lost
Not the opposite.

If it was up to me

I'd say

Live the sadness
Cry
Scream
Talk about it, if not to anyone
Talk about it to your god, because he'll listen, even though he will solve it for you.

But sometimes, we live that sadness more than it usual period

Like they say
" if something took 5 minutes of your time, don't give it 5 years of your life."

Because that my friend will cause you depression

And to be honest I do that,
I overthink about something or some acts that are so stupid and don't even worth a second of my time

And all for what?

Because we used to be amazing and great buddies back in the days

But they choose someone new
Someone cooler
Someone who made them have more fun

So they forgot about you
They cared less about you
Even though they ignored you on your worst days

Just because they didn't want to miss their coffee line...

That my friend
Don't need overthinking
Because it's a one-minute thing

We flip the page
Start again
But when we flipped that page
A lesson stays with us
To never forget about

So we don't remake same mistakes

But don't worry

When everyone leaves you
And you'll stay alone in the lobby of school or college

You'll get to see a bigger and better picture of everyone and everything

At the end of the day

We are never alone

Because we will always have god with us.
