Now I'm in grade four. I am no longer the new girl. I'm so happy! But, my friend Joela isn't in my new class. But, there is this girl named Nikki that was in my class last year. She sits at my table, along with Lizzy, Jerry, and Eric. Lizzy is really quiet, so is Jerry. But someone told me that Jerry has anger issues. And Eric? I don't know anything about Eric. Nobody says anything about him. He doesn't talk much, even Lizzy and Jerry talk more than him!
Two weeks went by. Everyone at my table were my friends. Even Jerry, I don't know why everyone says he has anger issues. Once a week, at 3:00pm, my class and I have P.E. It is really fun. After we exercise, we play kickball. On Friday, my friends told me that I finally might get to actually play because I am always in the field. Well, I finally got to kick the ball. I kicked it so far!
I started running and I felt kind of dizzy. I kept running. The game ended. I still felt dizzy. I thought it was just because I was running too much. But, later I found out it wasn't because I was running too much. I have a medical condition that is called hypoglycemia. It is basically the opposite of diabetes.
After P.E., we went back up to the classroom. My head started hurting. It felt like someone was violently pounding me in the back of the head with a metal baseball bat.
I didn't know what was going on at that point. My heart started beating faster and faster. I started shaking. I stood up to go tell my teacher. A split second later after I stood. I felt so dizzy, I fell to the ground.
The teacher rushed over. She told one of the other students to go get her cell phone.
"Sam! What is your mother's phone number?!", my teacher screamed panicky.
"5-5...6...1...", I whispered. My teacher then grabbed my planner. She saw all of the emergency numbers. She called my mom. My mom told her what to do. After, I had to go to the guidance counselor.
I came back two days later. It was a P.E. day. I had to sit out. One of the student got dizzy. A girl named Sonya said,"Everybody watch out! He might have a Samantha seizure!"
Everybody was doing that for about three weeks. I couldn't believe it. When I finally get out of the new girl cage, I get trapped in the weird girl cage.
