It had been a few weeks after the whole debacle between Bruno and him still trying to contemplate how he had become part cat part human. You had helped him start to accept himself more as a cat human, and he was starting to embrace it more.

Yes, he would still walk around with his hood up, but nobody questioned it since it was Bruno and Bruno was just weird like that. You were the only one who knew the true reason why he had his hood on most of the time, and you had never told anyone to respect his wishes.

He would only have his hood on in public, but when it was just you and him, he would have it off all day. He constantly asked for ear scratches, but would be a bitch the whole day if he didn't get what he wanted.

You would always be amused by how he would fluctuate moods ever so often, and it always made you chuckle how much work he could be sometimes.

All of this was cute to you, and what was even adorable was how he would curl up next to you whenever you were, taking his little cat naps either wrapped around you or snuggled up on or next to you.

You enjoyed the cat man's company, and you always made him feel good everytime you were around him.

He was your little kitty, and you loved him for it.

One day, you two were just chilling in your room, you reading a book while Bruno was cuddling up next to you. He was purring quietly as you were giving him his daily ear scratches, him feeling content and happy.

You were just reading your book, enjoying the noises emitting from the small cat man besides you as his eyes were closed and he looked like he was gonna go to sleep.

You were careful to not brush against the tip of his ears, since you weren't in the mood and he certainly wasn't in the mood. You kept this moment dear, enjoying the time spent and the nice sounds coming out of your boyfriend.

You then closed your book and turned your head to face him, him looking up at you with one eye. You were still scratching the back of his ears, and he was enjoying this a lot.

"You're so adorable like this mi amor," you said, smiling as he buried his face into the arm he was leaning on. You continued to scratch his ears, him now starting to drift off as you heard loud purring instead of the soft purring he would usually do.

You smiled, not moving as you continued to pet his ears. You loved how cute and submissive he would get when he wanted, and it was an absolute pull on the heartstrings when he would crawl into your room and then jump on your bed. He would then crawl on your legs and look at you with his big eyes. You would always crumble underneath that look, him always getting the necessities he needed everytime he would look at you that like.

You were absolutely in love with this cat man, and he would either chase or eat all of the rats that would appear in your house.

He was like your own little pest control, and it was a blessing and it was adorable.

Everything about Bruno, in your opinion, was adorable.

You had pulled him close, kissing the top of his head as you held him close. You picked your book back up, reading as he slept on you.

You loved this moment, and you wished it never ended.

You had gotten up, leaving Bruno on the bed with plenty of pillows around him since that's how he liked to sleep. You moved to the couch, reading the book as you sighed happily to yourself.
