so someone on the last chapter said this story was like a dark 2.0 and i literally wanted to cry. dark is so perfect and i use it as inspiration as well as isa_styles 'let me in' story. they are both amazing writers so yeah.  i always want to say what this story is closely based on but it gives away some other things sooo.. you might recognize some lines in here!

thank you everyone who has commented or voted. it means a lot.

outfit on the side!

It's been almost two weeks that I haven't been in the woods yet. During the two weeks, two more people have gotten killed. The police have even signed with the Seattle PD looking for the killer. I'm getting a little bit more frighten but I guess it's natural.

No one really wants to die.

I talked to Harry in Bio a couple times but the past week he wasn't here. I was actually worried. I wanted to find things out about him. I wanted to know why he seemed so different from everyone else. I know, the girls only think he is just a good looking guy but to me..

    He's strange.

Not in a bad way, not at all. Just the fact that he suddenly moves here when a murderer case has been conflicted as well as two more since he's been here. I know I've never seen him around here and with the 3,000 population, it's easy to remember every one that you see.

It's a small town, with a small amount of people.

I finish my food and swipe my hands on my dark jeans after I roll my sleeves down from my cream jumper. I soon start to play with my ring, twisting it around my index finger. My bird necklace hangs from my neck, falling at my mid-chest.

I get up from my seat in the quiet kitchen.

Everyone decided that today was the 'sleep in until 12'. It was quite annoying how Conner and Jack didn't have schooling, unless it was online. I was considering it as well but I would lose my social life that doesn't even exist.

I pull on my lighter brown peacoat with some matching oxfords. The top didn't go all the way across my foot so it was kind of like flats.

I grabbed my keys, bag and got out of the house quickly. The cold air hit me hard as I forgot to button up my jacket. I literally raced to my truck and put the key in the ignition quickly as heat came from the vents. I quickly buttoned up my jacket as my hands were quickly becoming cold.

I heard a knock on the window making me automatically have a heart attack. I looked and just saw Harry. His cold stare took me by surprise as he barely wore any clothing in the cold air. I rolled down the window and spoke.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Do you think I can have a ride?" He said ignoring my question.

"What are you doing?" I repeated.

"You didn't answer my question." He said in a stern tone.

"Yeah, well you never answer mine, so.." I said impatienting.

"I'm sorry." He said looking to the ground..

"Get in." I said as his head perked up. He walked to the other door quickly and got in. Silence came upon us as he sat down in the passenger seat. I waited for him to put on his seat belt but he never did.

"And you yell at me for staring." He replied.

"I'm waiting for you to put your seat belt on." I answered.
