Nina’s POV:
*Flashback*
“Hey Nina, it’s ok ill protect you and our child. Right now and in the maze. We’ll get through this together.” He said
“I know,” I whispered back, kissing his cheek.
“Together.” We stated.
*End of flashback*
I opened my eyes slightly. The kicking seemed to have stopped and the pain was disappearing. I looked around the room, Thomas was sitting on a chair next to the bed I was in. His eyes were shut and his chest was slowly rising and falling. Minho was sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall sleeping. Gally leaning against the door, one foot on the door and his head to one side falling. Then there was Newt. His head on the side of the bed and his body on the floor. He was kneeling beside sleeping softly. They all look so adorable I thought. I tried to get up as quietly as I could but I wasn’t even able to leave the bed without waking someone up.
“Hey love your awake, how you feeling?” Newt asked, rubbing his eyes.
“Better than last time,” I stated. Sitting up completely which made the bed creak loudly. Too loudly.
“Get up everyone, time for work!” Alby shouted as he barged in through the door. Making Gally fall onto the floor.
“Hey!” He growled as he stood back up with groggy eyes.
“what’s going on?” Minho mumbled as he stood up, wiping off the dirt.
“Huh?” Thomas groaned as he covered his ears.
“Time to wake up shanks.” Alby declared.
“We’re coming, we’re coming.” Minho muttered.
“Next time you can knock you know? Saves people from falling.” Gally stated towards Alby. I looked around the room. Somethings wrong I thought. This isn’t right. I glanced over at Newt and his face was in a shocked expression.
“Newt what’s wrong?” I asked in panic. He didn’t answer. “Newt what’s wrong?” I repeated. This time he answered but only in a whisper.
“Alby,”
“Whats wrong with Alby?” I asked trying to block out the argument the others were having.
“He should be in the changing,” Newt whispered. That’s it! That’s the problem!
