Proof

On the bottom of one very specific cliff out of all of the many cliffs in this world, there is proof. There is proof that one very specific nation out of all of the many nations in this world had commited suicide. There are many very specific reasons why this one very specific nation out of all of the many nations in this world had commited suicide, though.

This proof wasn't supposed to be seen. This proof was supposed to be hidden to all eyes. But some very specific nations out of all of the many nations in this world would find this.

10 am: World Meeting Room in England

"Do you think it was a good idea to host the meeting here...? I mean, we're not even sure if he's gone yet! We don't have proof!" America complained to France, but that was just an act to cover up his anxiety, his hope that England might still be alive and moving and breathing and his emerald green eyes staring at him and—

"Amerique, I'm sure that it'd be fine..." France's voice trailed off in the end, showing that he was nervous as well.

"Well, I don't know about that..." Canada said, but as usual, nobody heard him. Not that they wanted to hear what he said, anyways. They all believed that England was just joking with them, just... gone temporarily.

10:30 am: World Meeting Room

"Okay, everyone. Let's start the meeting. Today, it will be on... England and how we could find him," Germany started. "So... any ideas?"

The room was silent. It was as if it was a photograph, with nobody moving. Everything was so still, so unusual—

"The HERO will solve this! So, let's build a robot that will scan the earth and find him! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Such a great idea, right?" America said, an enthusiastic smile on his face. But Canada knew better. He was worried, perhaps more worried than everyone else there.

He decided to let it slide, and the meeting continued.

1 pm: Outside

America ran outside. Even though it was just a short break and the meeting would start again soon, he didn't care. He hated the meeting, where everything was silent and there was no Iggy to yell at him and scold him for his mistakes and offer him scones and be all tsundere, as Japan says, and he just couldn't focus. (as usual, that is)

The meeting room had a great view of a beautiful cliff. It was breathtaking, even without photoshops (what? Everyone uses it these days). It was so natural, so calm, so happy, and it reminded him of England.

That is, until he caught a glimpse of red.

 Red.

1:30 pm: Under the Cliff

America carefully stepped down. It was a tedious task, walking down the long flight of "stairs" (not really since it was all rocky rocks and stones and tree roots), but he made it.

He knew that the meeting would've resumed already, but he didn't care. He just wanted to see what that thing was, and even though deep inside, he was very suspicious of something, he can't just believe it... Right?

Because he was the hero, right?

As he stepped closer to the red, he also noticed green and gold. The gold shone in the sunshine, as England's hair always did. The cliff didn't block the sun, and it illuminated the full view of the corpse laying on the warm stone.

 England.

1:45 pm: Next to England

Next to England were numerous fairies, surrounding him completely. Mythological creatures watched from the distance with sad eyes. Drops of tears managed to cascade down America's cheeks as he passed all of the creatures and neeled next to England, not caring about the blood staining his pants.

"England. England," he whispered. "England. England. England!"

Each word, his voice got louder. Each word, a tear managed to escape his eyes, the tears that he tried to hold in.

Because he now knows that England is not coming back. He knows that England is... he is...

England is gone.

Okay, so this is an update! I'm sorry about the late chappie.

But I decided to do something new...

So basically, when a chapter reaches a certain amount of votes, I will try my best to finish it up and publish it.

This chapter, it will be...

10 votes? Is that going too far? Nah, you can do it!

Have a wonderful day and stay AWESOME (since Prussia is a little hung up on Iggy's letter to be awesome... :P)
