Imprisoned in a life I didn't ask for
Responsibility welcome me from every door
But they feel more like problems piling up and down.
I'm losing in life and pain is my crown.

God, I'm desperate for your salvation.
Problems and hardships coming from every direction.
In this fallen world, I still wish for peace and some break.
There's only so much that I can take.

I'm not a robot, pardon me when I cry to you.
But I guess I wouldn't need you if all my wishes came true.
You want me to depend on you, please don't let me down.
I'm not as strong as you when I wear your crown.

Life is too short and my remaining hope is fading away.
Stared too much into the abyss that it's only darkness I see everyday.
You know suffering as much as I do.
Please help! Please save me too.

I'm always thankful for every single blessing.
But at times it's sadly overshadowed by suffering.
I'm tired, you now I give my best in all that I do.
Please let me stay and rest in you.
