She talked to me today. It was just for a split second, but she did.

It was fourth period, a period that we both had free. There was a room set up for free period students, and I was sitting down on a two seater.

“Is this space free?” She asked, her voice as light as a feather and velvety. “Y-Yeah.” I had managed to choke out and she smiled at me, her grey eyes lighting up. “Thanks.” She sat down and pulled out her iPod and slipped her headphones over her ears. That was something we had in common, we both preferred headphones. Her headphones were over her ears but mine were around my neck.

My God, she was absolutely breathtaking.

And whenever her leg brushed against mine, or her arm moved against mine, I’d have to remind myself to breathe.
