It took me a couple of minutes before I accepted all Lucifer's talk. Hindi lang ako ang nagulat, pati sila. Is it really true? That the island I grew up to is gone? That's impossible! No one can enter there because of the dangerous sea monsters. THAT'S REALLY IMPOSSIBLE.
"Hurry!" sigaw ni Velvet at parang nabalik ako sa katotohanan at napatingin sa hawak kong petal- this is it. I took a deep breath and absorbed the petal that I got from Lazarus. Muntik na akong masuka nang biglang may imahe agad na lumitaw sa isip ko. Napahawak ako sa ulo ko at napapikit. This is the petal that caused the Coronavirus. If I'm able to absorb it, mawawala ba ito sa mundong gingalawan ko dati?

Napamulat ako habang hinahabol ko ang aking paghinga. I got most of my memories but something is still missing. I glanced at the others and they look concerned.
"Are you okay?" Diablo asked and I nodded. His expression suddenly changed at bigla siyang lumayo sa akin ng konti. Hindi iyon napansin ng iba pero napansin ko kaagad because he's not like that. Is something wrong?
"We still need the last petal," Lance said and I'm starting to panic. The Elysian is falling. The Ravaryn is wiped out. My parents? They were one of the reason why I got this far. Ginusto ko lang maging ganito kasi gusto kong maging proud sila sa sakin. I wanted to be the best Demon Tamer in the whole country. They're nod dead yet, right?
"Any traces, Diablo?" tanong ni Dylan kaya napatingin kaming lahat sa kanya na nakatitig sa akin. He took a deep breath at umiwas ng tingin.
"I found it, it's close," he replied. What's with that hesitation?
"Then, let's hurry! We have to save Elysian. I'm not sure if Asher and Rei can hold back for us!" sigaw ko and he glanced back at me.
"Well then," Diablo said as he summoned his blade.
"Bakit mo hawak yan? We're supposed to ride on it, rig-" di ko matapos na tanong nang bigla niya itong tinusok sa dibdib ko. I coughed blood as I looked down. What's the meaning of this?
"D-D-Diablo!!!" Lance shouted at inilayo niya si Diablo sa akin. I knelt down habang hawak ko ang dibdib ko.
"Are you crazy?!!" Velvet shouted.
I watched how the blood drip from the wound. Is he fucking serious?! He's a demon, he cannot be possessed right because if he is, that's fucking ironic! Aqua started healing me but it did not work.
