Time: 2:47 AM
Setting: Small Gas Station

~~ 2 Weeks After 'The Incident' ~~

~~ Keigo's POV ~~

Keigo and Dabi were out, getting snacks at a gas station near the hideout. They had to be even more careful than before. He started wearing Makeup to hide the black points around his eyes, and contacts, as well as a white wig. Dabi had to keep wearing gloves, hoodie, a mask, and sunglasses now, too. Dabi looked a helluva lot more suspicious than Keigo, but nobody seemed to question it. At least not out loud.
The person at the counter was asleep. Man.. They were pretty bad at their job.
Keigo was pretty nervous. Dabi must have noticed, cause he spoke up.
"Stay calm, Keigo. We're almost done here. Then we can go." Dabi took his hand for a moment as a way of comfort.
The blonde-haired man couldn't help but blush. Why did he feel this way? Sure, he'd already gotten pretty close to the villain, but, he felt so safe with him. "Yeah, sounds good. My wings are getting sore from being folded so long. I need to stretch them out." He lowered his voice, just in case.
"Gotcha. Just grab a few more snacks and drinks, and we'll be out."
"Got it." Hawks nodded, before squeezing Dabi's hand, then letting go, to get some more drinks.

~~ Dabi's POV ~~

Dabi felt a blush forming on his cheeks when the former hero squeezed his hand. He just shook his head, and went to the Candy and snack aisle. He picked a ton of shit out, stuffed it in his pockets. Then all of a sudden, he flinched at the sound of a woman with a voice that sounded like she smoked for 30 years, yelling. He tried to ignore it, until..
"Agh! Hey! Stop that!" It was Hawks's voice. The villain immediately went to the source of the noise. There was a middle-aged woman with very clearly dyed blonde hair, a very bad, very clearly artificial tan. Great. A fucking Karen. She was in Keigo's face, but also significantly shorter than him, meaning she was even shorter than Dabi. She backed up. She was about to hit him with her purse, and it seemed she'd already done that, because of the yells from before. Dabi rushed over, and grabbed the purse before she did. "The fuck do you think you're doing, Lady?! Leave my friend alone!" He glared at her.
"Tell him to stop being an asshole then! He's the one who attacked me first! He slapped me and shoved when all I asked was for him to give me the soda he picked out! It's the last one!" Dabi looked over to the cooler. There were at least 10 more. "Really? The last one, huh? And he attacked you? You don't know shit about my friend. He wouldn't do that. Back the hell off." He bent down, and got into her face. "I suggest.. You leave this store right now. And you don't come back here. Not unless you want me to burn you to a crisp." He narrowed his eyes, and lowered his voice to a very, harsh, tone.
Her eyes widened, and she shoved him away. "Get out of my face! I'm calling corporate, and the police, and everyone!"
The shove barely had any effect. He barely even stumbled. "Weak ass. Come on, Keigo. Let's go already. We've got everything we need." He took Keigo's hand, and led the way out of the store. The woman yelled after them: "HEY! YOU DIDN'T PAY! I'M CALLING THE COPS!"
The scarred man didn't even care. Whether she called the cops or not, they wouldn't find the LoV. Besides. The villains didn't even look anything like they usually did. Keigo didn't, anyway. Dabi had just covered himself up enough so he couldn't be recognized.

~~ Timeskip: When They Got Back ~~

~~ Dabi's POV ~~

The villains walked through the door to the bar, and set everything on the counter, looking at all of it, and counting everything they'd gotten. They'd gotten a pretty decent amount of snacks, and drinks, and water bottles. The two started putting everything away.
Once finished, they got out of their disguises, then headed to the living room, where Toga was sleeping on the couch.
Dabi rolled his eyes. He walked over, and shook Toga a bit. "Psychopath. Go to bed, where you'll be more comfortable."
The teen stirred, and opened her eyes. "Mngh.. Fine.." She groggily got up, and walked out of the living room towards her bedroom.
"Huh. I've never seen her that calm."  Keigo mentioned.
"She only gets like that when she's exhausted." The scarred man explained.
"Oh, gotcha."
The two of them sat on the couch, and Dabi turned the tv on.
"What do you wanna watch?" He looked over at the blonde haired man.
"Uh.. I don't know. Whatever works."
"Okay. Horror it is, then."
"Never knew you were the type to be into horror." Keigo said sarcastically.
"Haha. Listen, horror movies are good to laugh at. So stupid. What kinda movies do you like?" The scarred man looked at his friend
"Nature documentaries, obviously." He responded with a shrug.
Dabi looked at his friend for a moment. He looked him up and down.
"What?" Keigo raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, that checks out." The black haired man responded.
"What? How?"
"Cause you're boring, Keigo. Besides. You just seem like the type."
"Okay. Wow. Thanks for that." Keigo looked a little hurt. Although.. Seemed like he was trying to hide it. Failing though. Dabi couldn't tell if the dumbass was joking or not.
"I didn't actually hurt your feelings, did I, Birdie?"
"Not really. You're fine." He waved his hand to reassure the scarred villain, but Dabi wasn't sure whether or not he was just not making a big deal of it, or if he really was fine.
"Keigo. I swear, if you're lying to me-" He glared at his friend.
The blonde haired man glared right back, as he cut him off. "I said it's fine. Just turn on a damn movie already."
"Tch. Fine." Dabi turned back towards the tv, and turned on a horror movie.
The two watched in silence. The black haired man saw Keigo jump, or wince from time to time from the jump scares out of the corner of his eye, but still neither said anything.

After awhile, Keigo just got up, out of nowhere. "I'm going to bed." He then left towards Dabi's room. They shared a room, and the former hero slept on a pretty comfortable mat on the floor next to the bed.
Dabi watched the blonde haired man walk off, but didn't say anything. He just kept watching the movie.
Once the movie was done, it was around 4:37 AM. Dabi was exhausted. He got up, turned the tv off, and went to his room after tossing the remote on the couch.
As soon as he opened the door, he saw Keigo asleep, cuddled up on his mat. He.. Was wearing one of the villain's jackets. What the fuck?

The villain just sighed, and got changed, and then climbed into his bed. He wasn't about to wake Keigo up and cause more drama.

He'd talk to him tomorrow.
