alexa (@alexajareau on tiktok) has a method (the valentino method) and part of that method is to write a note from your DR self to someone in your DR. i like to put this note at the end of my script, even when i am not doing the valentino method, it just helps me connect with my DR and it feels like i'm already there.
here's a little example (not from my DR):
hi winn, i loved having you join us at game night yesterday! can't wait to see you at work tomorrow, we're gonna kick some alien a$$ at the DEO! xx, natalie.
