Kidnapped

Location: R-3, with a NOID convoy

Four black SUVs drove down a desolate forest road in the middle of the night. Delvo had been sitting in the back seat of his vehicle for the past two hours and was relatively pissed off.

Delvo: Isn't there a faster way we can go?

Agent: Sorry sir, we are already going over the limit. This is also the shortest route.

The lead car slammed on it's breaks when the drive noticed a dead body lying in the road. The other cars stopped as well and agents approached the corpse with pistols drawn. An agent crouched down and flipped over the body. The body had a large amount of explosives strapped to it and the agents noticed them immediately, they began to run for cover but weren't fast enough.

Agent: IED!

The bombs detonated and killed multiple agents, the lead car was caught in the blast and flipped. The other agents in the convoy jumped into their vehicles and began to reverse while calling for backup. The rear car did a J turn and started to drive away when a shot rang out. An anti material rifle round destroyed it's engine causing the car to block the road. Villains started approaching from the tree line prompting the agents to get out and start firing. The villains quickly killed the agents and moved to Delvo's car.

Delvo's driver started to drive and he slammed the car into a villain crushing him under it. The SUV began to drive off but there was a thud on the roof. Suddenly the front windshield shattered and the agent's head was cut off. The car spun out and crashed into a tree. 

Delvo awoke to being dragged away from the wreck with villains around him. He went for his pistol but the villains broke his hand before he could grab it. They then put a bag over his head and tied his hands behind his back. He was tossed into the back of a van and taken to god knows where.

Location: Lemore's office, R-3

Soldier: Sir! Lower Director Delvo never arrived, patrols found his convoy destroyed, all his guards are KIA. Local PD is saying that the LD was kidnapped.

Lemore: Shit. Get everything we have, find those rat bastards and wipe them off this grubby little planet.

Soldier: Yes sir.

The soldier exited the room and Lemore started going through files. The top few were meaningless, but the bottom was important. It was a change in orders, Daybreak would not be tested on R-3. The reason for the swap is simple: a reality with no sentient life was found. Daybreak would still be designed and built in R-3, all other tests would carry on as normal, but R-3 would be spared destruction. Lemore was actually happy about this, he had grown attached to this shit hole. Not attached to the point he likes it more than R-1, or to the point he would loose anything serious for it, but enough that he would miss it. 

Lemore turned around and looked out his office window to see the base airfield. Soldiers from the new companies were jumping into helicopters ready to kill every villain they found. NOID had compiled a list of every single possible villain hideout. Normally the raid team would go from one to another prioritizing the most probably locations, but for today every target would be raided at once.

Location: Musutafu, apartment complex

The people of Musutafu were enjoying a normal day in their city when an convoy of Havoc forces stopped outside of an apartment. Soldiers jumped out and raised their rifles as they moved towards the building. Some heroes ran over to the company's captain and started asking what had happened.

Captain: Somebody kidnapped an important Havoc official, we are trying to find him.

There was the sound of a breaching charge going off followed by yelling as soldiers went door to door in the complex. Families were ordered onto the street as soldiers searched their homes. Eventually the soldiers regrouped outside.
