One Summer Alone

Chapter 6

*In the real world, at Shelbyville Central High School*
A young girl with dark brown hair down to her shoulders and a bit beyond sat down at an empty table. She was always the first or second to arrive at the table because everyone else, "was too lazy to get up earlier" or something like that. She adjusted her purple glasses and put in her green and black earbuds, not wanting to hear the other annoyances called students. Soon, one by one, her friends started to appear. Cheryl, being very peppy but shy, sat next to her and paused her K-Pop song.
"Hey, Liv. Merek not here?"
"She might be sick, or her mom is dead."
"I wish." Cheryl quickly went to get her food and came back. After talking and giggling about nonsense for a while, Elizabeth appeared and sat down.
"Hey, guys." Cheryl and Olivia got up and hugged her and that's when Olivia noticed: there was no one else around.
"Hey, where is everyone?"
"Huh?" The others looked and saw the same.
"What day is it?" Olivia pulled out her phone.
"April 29, 2015. It's Wednesday and the time is 7:35 am. It's not summer and its definitely not a staff development day. So, what the fudge?"
"Maybe we should head to the French classroom." Cheryl peeped up. Everyone nodded and walked to the room. The door was unlocked and the light was on, but no one was in there.
"Let's just wait. Maybe we are early?"
They shrugged and started to talk more. After a while, an hour to be exact, no one had even passed by.
"This can't be. What the heck is going on?! Is this some strange prank?!" Olivia stormed out and ran out into the cafeteria. A man with golden blond hair and a top hat stood in the middle of it. She jogged over to him and tapped his shoulder, "Hey, where is everyone?" Soon behind her was Cheryl and Liz. The man turned slightly and smiled, "Didn't you know?"
"Know what?" The girls back away a bit as the man turned. He revealed himself to be...
"Run!" The girls raced as Cipher floated after them. They each went in different direction and Bill split into three to go after each. Olivia raced to the theater and dived under the seats. Then door closed behind her but for a couple of second there was silence. She panted then sighed, thinking she had escaped him.

Cheryl raced all over the school and finally hid in the library. She dodged all lines of sight that Bill might have and soon the door opened and closed. She quickly checked and saw nothing. She wiped some sweat and sighed.

Liz went into the kitchen and loaded up on salt and knives. She knew she would bring enough to for 100 armies. She heard nothing but armed herself.

All at the same time, the girls necks were grabbed and as they struggled to get out of the grip, they were taken through a small weird door. Olivia struggled more and bit his hand, making it bleed and let all of them go.
"What do you want with us, Cipher?! We made no deal with you!"
"I know you didn't. None of you did. But, I still need you." A force pushed the girls one by one, Olivia first and Cheryl last, into the door.
"I don't wanna meet the freaking Other Mother!" Olivia screamed. They reached the end and found themselves in a cave drawn like it was in Gravity Falls.
"What the...?" Hung on the walls, four young kids were chained, beaten and starving. All three girl saw who they were: Wybie from Coraline, Neil from Paranorman, Dipper from Gravity Falls, and Mary Lalonde. Cheryl approached Mary and she woke up with a jolt and tried to run away.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to-" Mary calmed down a bit and saw the others.
"Why are we here?" Cheryl shrugged and Olivia looked back to see Bill was gone. Olivia went searching for something like an escape. She found two things that could mean escape: a sewer drain and a locked door.
"Anyone have a rock or something?" Everyone shook their heads except for Liz; she pulled out a large rock and handed it to Olivia.
"Thanks." She started to try and knock the lock off until Dipper spoke up. "It's... No use.... I... Tried." Olivia handed the rock back to Liz and tried the sewer. "Have you tried this?" He shook his head as Cheryl got him out.
"This is a new prison. Before we were all apart. I don't even know anyone here." Olivia kneeled down and gestured for the other girls.
"Well, us three know you all." Cheryl undid the last one, Wybie, and helped with the manhole.
"Dipper Pines, you are spending your summer in Gravity Falls with your twin sister and you at one point made a deal with Bill, not knowing all the consequences. Wybie or Wyborn, you live at the Pink Palace apartment building with your grandmother who's twin was a victim of the Other Mother. You are also friends with Coraline and a mysterious black cat. Neil, friends with Norman and your brother is gay. And, *grunt* finally Mary Lalonde. You are the Homestuck counterpart of my good friend Cheryl here. You are also friends with Tony Strider, my genderbent counterpart, and Anna Falling, Liz's counterpart. Any questions?" They got the head off and tossed it to the side. Olivia dangled her feet in the hole and looked to everyone. "I'll go first, 'kay?" She nodded and hopped down. "Liz! Pass me a flashlight!" Liz pulled a small flashlight and dropped it down. Olivia caught it and turned it on, shining it everywhere and seeing nothing and no one. "All clear!" She echoed to the surface. She moved out of the way and soon six different splashes came down. Olivia illuminated the faces, counting and making sure. "We missing anyone?" They shook their heads and Olivia quickly got up to the surface. "I'll stay here."
"What?! Liv, we aren't going to leave you here!!"
"You'll have to. Get them to their people and make sure to save everyone. I'll find a way out soon. Don't worry."
"No! Olivia!" But, it was too late. They all heard the prison doors open and someone was walking to meet their cell. Olivia had already put the manhole cover back and sat in a corner. Liz led everyone to the end but she and Cheryl held back when they heard Olivia scream. Cheryl left and Liz stood in silence for her friend. She believed it would not be the last time they would see each other.

I know this is soooooo late, but I have school and parents and... More excuses. I am sorry. And, I will get the shipping in there, I just am focusing a lot on the action and story than on romance. But, I will include it!
