We both decided to kill the first one beast that we will saw and when we found one it didn't take any second and i attack the beast while lan zhan use his guqin and i use my whip and whip the beast anywhere until i found the his weakness is his heart, so i took my sword and aim to his heart
i calculate my timing and when i found an opportunity i stab his heart and behead the beast
We are now walking in silence to find an inn to rest and eat, damn im getting frustrated, is he angry at me?did i do something wrong?
After we arrive at inn, he rented a private room and order a dinner food, the food was serve as soon as possible
"Lan Zha—"
" No talking while eating" he said making me shut my mouth and so i eat in silence and after we ate i already began my asking
"are you okay" i ask in worried tone
"im fine" he said without looking at me
"you don't look fine, did something happen?" i ask again
"dont mind it" he said in emotionless tone
"Lan Zhan what is it, did i did something wrong?" i ask and i saw how he frown at my question before shaking his head
"Nothing" he said again
"Lan Zhan what it is" i ask in worry
"JIANG YING I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT'S NOTHING!" he suddenly shout making me flinch
Lan zhan sighed and close his eyes trying to regain his composure back
While jiang ying froze in his spot, this is the first time lan zhan shout at her
At the end of the day im still not even good enough for an explanation, im so fed up with not being good enough. my insecurities is hunting me, my past is hurting me. what should i do?

and force a smile at him and say " i understand sorry for being nosy"
This is what im good at,smiling like nothings wrong, pretend like everything is alright and act like its all perfect. Even though inside it really hurts,i still try to smile because faking a smile is so much easier than explaining why are you sad and hurting
Lan Zhan finally snap and regret what he did, he look at his ying and he saw a force smile, but her eyes is full of sadness.Lan Zhan want to punch himself, his ying didn't do wrong she was just worried
" Ying i didn't mea—" before lan zhan can finish his sentence, Jiang Ying already stand up
" It's fine, i understand i will just rent another room to rest " she said and left with an unspoken thought ' i will try to understand, even if i can't i will pretend that i understand'
Lan Zhan was left in his room, feeling guilty. he wants to curse himself
How could i lashed and hurt her? she didn't do anything wrong!
Cannot bear it anymore, Lan Zhan stand up and go to Ying room and knock, when she open his door lan zhan saw a surprise expression but it quickly disappear

"Ying i want to apologize for yelling at you—"
" Its already nine, sleep now. I'm tired too" She said and was about to close the door when Lan Zhan suddenly push it open and enter the room, after he enter he pushed the door and ying in it and kiss her, the kiss if full of love and longing, leaving a breathless ying
" I'm sorry, i didn't mean to shout at you. it's just uncle and i fought, he wants me to leave you and you know i can't leave without you. i feel frustrated because he doesn't approve our marriage and afraid that your parents will marry you to someone else. my emotion mixed up and explode im sorry" lan wanji said and hug him tight
" Ying let's just elope" Lan Zhan suddenly suggest leaving a speechless Jiang Ying
Jiang Ying brain stopped functioning and when it come back to normal she suddenly laugh too loud leaving a confuse lan zhan
