Here's a note from me to me
And to all of you too
I just came to the realization
That it doesn't matter
If you don't know
Which way to go at times
If you watch time crawl by
Because you don't know how to decide
What to do with the life you've been given
Worried and on edge for hours at a time
So long as you keep trying
Stand up and keep trying
Our worth isn't determines
By the things we are fighting against
And how they've tried to break us down
Break us down to the ground
But of the things we've overcome
And all the things that we can be
If you're afraid now,
Trust me, it's okay, now
Just keep breathing
And take it a second at a time
Even if it's all you can do
