Indentured Servitude

Type: Emitter

The user is able to put a branding on their victim.

Once the victim has a branding they have to obey the user who becomes their master.

The masters demands have to be met or else the victim will get a burning sensation all over their body. It will feel like they are being burned alive.

The user is able to make their victim give them their entire life savings and anything else of monetary value.
The victim has to obey the user for ten years. When their branding wears off they are free to go but will have nothing of their own and have to start over. The victim can risk being put into more indentured servitude if the user brands them again.

The user can take advantage of their victim as much as they want and the police force is unable to do anything to stop the user. A hero could attempted to save the victim

The user can use it on heroes and grow an army of heroes and villains. The heroes and villains can decide to disobey the user if they wish but it will result in their death due to suffering form the burning sensation for too long.
