The breeze was soft, the suns rays, beaming down like small spotlights breaking through the clouds seamlessly before landing on the paths, making the streets of Yokohama almost glow under the bright blue sky that rested above the city.

Fukuzawa Yukichi, the President of the Armed Detective Agency, had left his office in an attempt to get away from his work for a small break. He hadn't been able to focus properly the past few days ever since he had given a mission for Dazai and Atsushi to handle and  apprehend an unknown ability user that had been reported to them. The agency had been told that this individual hadn't actually done anything wrong, but hospital records of the past few weeks had multiple patients describing an encounter with a woman and directly after, they had all experienced absurd dreams. The two ADA members had found and caught this strange woman, only to have reported the following day, they two had experienced strange dreams, though neither seemed bothered by the development, more so it was more as though they had been flustered.

Fukuzawa's POV:
I too had come into contact with this woman, only to have interviewed her of course, but that had only been days ago, yet somehow I too, suffered from a fairly...intimate... dream regarding someone of particular interest.
I had received a message from the very person I had dreamt of last night. The way he looked so alluring in my mindscape - oh if only I could see him like that as he trembled under my touch.
He had sounded calm but yet I could detect a light trace of rush and importance in his voice when he had requested to meet me at the Yokohama Public Recreational Centre. This itself was strange considering we are both direct enemies, but at the same time, I would love to see what it is that has the man in such a state.

Nobody's POV:

Fukuzawa arrived at the park but seeing as he had been almost 10 minutes early, he decided to take a stroll through the place while he waited for his reservation to arrive.
It was the middle of spring so of course the beautiful trees that lined the park had been in bloom for a few days so far. The scent of cherry blossoms wafted through the air, while a small breeze came through, spreading the pink and white flowers through the air, letting them flutter and spin all around Fukuzawa, letting him lose himself in the smells and sight that surrounded him.

Mori's POV:
Where is he?!!? I specifically asked him to meet me here now! That man is either brain- dead or just generally stupid. I don't see how he could've gotten lost! The Agency is RIGHT THERE!!!!
Deep breaths Mori
Maybe he just went for a walk? Yes yes that must be it, hopefully he just decided to walk around the park.
I'll just look for him, I don't know when he'll be back, if he even bothers to come back...

Nobody's POV:

Mori had been looking for the other man for almost 20 minutes now, almost getting ready to leave and find another way to contact him, Mori turned another corner only to stop dead in his tracks and take a silent gasp at the scene before him.
It was Fukuzawa.
He was standing under a small ray of sunshine with cherry blossom petals falling around him, some caught in his hair, others already at his feet.
His silver hair practically glittering in the light, his green yukata blending beautifully with his black haori. If you looked close enough, you could almost mistake the man for a delicately made statue, made to draw in someone's attention only to revel in the beauty the man presented.
Breaking from his daze, Mori coughed, only slightly to grab the attention of the stunning man in front of him. Fukuzawa turned his head to look at the dark haired male, widening his eyes slightly and throwing up his wrist to check the time, he realized that he was supposed to have met Mori almost half an hour ago for their meeting but got caught up in his own little world.

Fukuzawa's POV:
I bowed slightly.
"I apologize for being late Mori- san, I was delayed slightly by wandering around while waiting for you to arrive."
I hoped he was able to buy that, I don't even know how long I was standing there for, hell! I could've been killed if he really wanted to.
sigh
"Shall we get this meeting started?"

Nobody's POV:

Mori nodded and the two men made their way over to a small opening and sat on a small wooden bench with a small fish pond in front of it, obviously this was a place made for people to come and watch the marine inhabitants swim while they fed them or to simply sit in a serene environment without a worry playing at their minds.

Over the following hour, the mafiaso explained to Fukuzawa, that two of his subordinates, Port Mafia executive, Chuuya Nakahara and the PM's very own rabid dog, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, had come to report to their superior about strange dreams they had been having, while also being fairly disturbed by the outcomes of said dreams , this having been similar to the accounts made by victims of the ADA's most recent unidentified ability user, Mori found the easiest course of action was simply to ask the President himself if the cases were somehow connected.

Fukuzawa's POV:
"Well, this is a very strange incident but aside from the particular rules that outline this woman's ability, there is nothing harmful about it".

Mori: "So you are saying that the cases are not related?"

"Well not exactly, I believe that the dreams the victims suffer is dependent solely on the victim's mind themselves".

Mori: "I see, so you are saying that the ability user isn't actually dangerous nor is her ability, but truly the outcome of the dreams are the making of the person affected".

"Exactly but I have been informed that if one of the victims dreams of another person, whether they have interacted with the user or not, the other person will share the same dream as the affected victim. Similar to a telepath opening connections between two people but with dreams, if one experiences something, the other may experience it as well".

Mori: mumbles: "I see. Well from what I understand I have not come into contact with this ability user so that must mean that the dream I had the other night was because of-"
"NO WAY! I refuse to believe this conclusion!".

"Is something the matter Mori- san?"
As I said this my phone rang, I excused myself and checked the caller ID. It was Kunikida.
"Yes Kunikida?" "I see" "Yes, I will be back shortly" "If that is the case, make sure to keep a handle on the situation, I will be back at the agency soon, until then I trust you to keep things peaceful".

"I apologize Mori- san but a complication has arisen at the Agency and I must go. If there are any more reports from your workers, please ensure to keep a list of them and the name of anyone they may have dreamt of".

Mori: "Do not order me around Fukuzawa, I may have been the one to ask for your insight on these reports, but do not take my need for information as a sign of weakness or concern for my employees, as long as they are still able to continues working without any problems, I do not see the reason to complete such a meaningless task".

"Of course Mori- san, though we may have had a peaceful interaction today, I do not forget we are enemies. Perhaps though, if you did care for some of your workers, you may do this task, not as a sign of care, but a sign that you do not wish to lose such valuable pawns in your game."

"Have a good day Mori- san, perhaps you will receive some good news regarding Nakahara- san and Akutagawa- san. Though we are enemies, if it does come to pass, I am happy to lend support where it is due, do reach out again if you feel it necessary."

Nobody's POV:

As Fukuzawa bowed and walked away from Mori, something had been bothering him for some while. The Mafioso's earlier outburst had let him think for some while and while his companion may have barely said anything to be heard, Fukuzawa had excellent hearing and as anyone could, he put two and two together and had realized that he had been the one responsible for Mori's discomfort while they conversed. Though he could have been said to look laxed and comfortable, Fukuzawa knew Mori was tense and did not get any closer to the President than what was considered a respectful distance.

This left a very distinct impression on both men.
