you were on your way to meet up with ned and mj at the coffee shop she works at
you had just found out the previous night that you got accepted into MIT and you haven't told them yet, you're were planning on telling them today
you were obviously excited that you got into your dream school with your two best friends but part of you just felt empty, like something was missing
you couldn't shake the feeling of something missing, almost like you were forgetting something
The letter P has been stuck in your head recently but you can't figure out why, as your walking you mutter different words and names starting with the letter P, none of them seeming to hold any meeting
as you enter the coffee shop you see mj and Ned talking and a man waiting at the counter
"hey guys" you say walking towards them taking a seat next to ned
"hey y/n" Ned says as mj waves going back to get what you usually order for you
what you didn't know is that the man has had his eyes on you since he heard your voice
mj comes back over with your order
"thanks mj" you say taking a sip of your coffee before clearing your throat as she goes back to get the man his things
"okay guys I have some really exciting news" you say smiling
"what is it?" Ned asks taking a bite of his donut
"I got into MIT!!!" You say excitedly and Ned hugs you and mj congratulates you
"Peter Parker. Peter Parker? Your coffee" mj slides his coffee over slightly smiling at him
you look up as she says his name, you've heard that name before, you've said that name before. He looks extremely familiar
"right thank you" he takes his coffee turning to leave with a sad disappointed look on his face
"Peter" You say walking up to him
he freezes in place as he hears your voice say his name, he doesn't know what to do
"Peter?" You question with a sad smile and he turns around with tears in his eyes
"yea?" he asks in a small voice not knowing if he should say your name
"Peter...Parker?" You question again a tear now falling from your eye
mj and Ned look at each other with questioning looks then go back to what they were doing. They figured you just found him cute and was trying to get his number
"yea" he says with a shaky laugh nodding his head
"peter I remember" you cry walking closer to him
"you do?" he says with a shaky voice crying
"yea Peter Parker I remember you" you pull him into a hug crying harder
"how is that possible? you're the only one that remembers me" he mumbled into your neck
"I don't know but as soon as I saw you and heard your voice it all came back to me" you lightly chuckle wiping your tears
"do you remember everything?" He asks thinking about may
"yea" you said lightly rubbing his back
"Peter I'm sorry I didn't remember you sooner" you say pulling away from the hug
"you couldn't have controlled that, I mean you weren't even supposed to remember" he says
"I know but you've probably been all alone for all this time" you say starting to cry again thinking about what peters had to go through on his own
"I know but at least I have you now" he says putting his hand on your cheek and leaning in
you lean in connecting your lips together
you no longer have that feeling of emptiness
guys I'm so sorry this is honestly so bad 😭 I haven't wrote one of these in a long time so I'm a little rusty but yea I feel bad for Peter 😢
