"Excuse me, do you think you could point me in the direction of class 102?" Oceanna turned around to see who was speaking to her. He was a tall green eyed brunette with subtle natural highlights in his curly hair. "I actually have first period in class 102 so i can take you there if you want." She replied. "Yeah that would be great thanks." Oceanna had never seen the tall one around school before and she was surprised that he didn't know his way around, especially since the school year was a month away from ending. "I've never seen you around school before, are you new?" She asked him as they began to walk towards their class. "Oh right sorry i forgot to introduce myself; my name is Ryker and I just moved here from New York." The boy was nervous inside but tried his best to look confident for the girl. "I'm Oceanna, nice to meet you Ryker."
As they entered the classroom, Oceanna went to sit in the seat her best friend Alden had saved for her. Ryker followed and sat in the open seat right in front of her. "Who's the hot guy you walked in with? I've never seen him before." Asked Alden quietly so he wouldn't hear her. "Some new guy who moved here from New York." "New York? Why would you move to Hawaii from there?" Oceanna shrugged her shoulders and started to pay attention to the class.
"Alright happy Friday class, today we have a new student who will be joining us for the remainder of the school year. Luckily we have just started a new project and we haven't gotten too advanced yet, so i will be putting Ryker, our new student, in one of your groups; any groups willing to volunteer?'' Almost every girl group in the class had their hand up, including Alden. "Very well, Ryker will be in Oceanna and Alden's group since he already sits so near to them."
The brunette then turned around and said "nice to meet you..." Alden replied "Alden. I'm Alden." "Alden. Unique name." He smiled at the girls and turned back around to the front of the class.
After school, the only thing that Alden could talk about was Ryker. "Oh. My. God. The boy is beautiful. The boy is perfect. The boy will be mine." Oceanna laughed and said "Alden, i love you but seriously you've literally said three words to him and two of them were your name." "Don't kill my buzz O. I love you too, but I love Ryker even more!!" Oceanna felt strong arms hug her from behind. "What's she going on about?" Asked Nathaniel, Oceanna's boyfriend. She turned around and said "there's a new guy in our geography class and Alden has now fallen in love." "He must be some guy then." "Oh he is," said Alden with practically hearts in her eyes. Nathaniel laughed and said "well i've gotta run, but i'll catch you guys later."
