Third person POV

It was a normal weekend for the two best friends ... or so they thought...

That's until it happened...

... the kiss that would change our friendship forever...

The one that would cause Nishinoya a lot of pain in the future...

After I while of having feelings for his bestbro Tanaka, Noya decided to finally confess his feelings to him...

But not with any normal confession as you would of thought...
...

But with a kiss...

The two best friends were watching a romance comedy movie as they usually would on their free weekends whenever they hung out.

The shorter male couldn't help but stare in amazement as the other male laughed and made jokes about the cheesy pick up lines used by one of the main characters.

He felt the moment was right... the moment where he would finally confess his feelings for the other...

"Hey Ryuu..." the shorter said while having a faint blush spread across his cheeks... "yeah" the other responded with a calm and relaxed voice, turning his head to his shorter friend with the obnoxiously loud blond streak of hair in front of his face, a small smile resting on his face.

Without wasting any more time he pulled his shaved headed friend into a kiss, full with all his feelings he's gathered for him over the past few months, face heating up even more a blush growing deeper, as he pulled away from the kiss.

Tanaka was shocked. He didn't expect anything that just took occurrence in the last few seconds with his best friend...

He didn't respond to the kiss... he couldn't...

'No no no no no!!! This is all so wrong!! NO! It can't be!!! Why did he kis-' Tanaka though,  but it was broken off by the sounds of sniffles and mumbled apologies from the other sitting in the room with him...

"I-I-I'm so s-sor-rry... I-" Noya mumbled through sniffles and sobbing...

"Nishinoya..." replied the other.

'I've done it. I fucked up everything. He never calls me that. I've done it now. I fucked up real bad this time...'

The older male started to shake, not able to respond to the other male sitting next to him...

He didn't know what to do.

What he did with all of his problems...

He ran away from him...

'WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK WAS I THINKING?!?! WHY WOULD HE LIKE ME?!?! IM SO FUCKING STUPID HE OBVIOUSLY LIKES KIYOKO !!! WHY WOULD HE SHES PERFECT AND EVERYTHING IM NOT AND MORE!!! SHES ALWAYS THE TOPIC OF THE DAY WHENEVER WE HUNG OUT TEXTED OR EVEN CALLED EACHOTHER!!! SHE ALWAYS IS!!! WHY CANT I JUST BE FUCKING SMART FOR ONCE TO SEE THAT HE FOESBT LIKE ME?!?!' The second year Libero thought while running home, warm tears running down his face rapidly.

He felt his phone going off in his pocket, having a guess of who it could be not wanting to look at the messages spamming his phone and the missed calls being received ... I ignored all of that and ran faster and faster with each buzz of the vibrations my phone gave off.
