Chapter Six . If he hurts me I get to rip his balls off.
Dylan's
P.O.V.
I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up at the source, Britney. I swatted her
hand away. I don't want her, I want Micki. Where is she anyways? Chase went to
pick her up a long time ago. I looked over towards the entrance. I sucked in a
breath. She looked amazing, the first thing I noticed was her shoes. They were
almost the same as my own the only difference was that hers are high tops. Her
dress was the same colour as my blazer; I knew she loved this colour. The way
she wore a ton of rings made me smile. I was with her when she bought half of
them.
When I looked in her eyes she
froze. I don't know if it was because of our fight but I'm not sure she wanted
to see me. I just kept staring I didn't want to scare her away, though I didn't
get a chance to scare her because she had already started walking away. I
bolted upright. I wasn't going to let her run away this time. I went after her.
Holy crap Tiffany's house is like a maze. I just kept a watch for her blond
hair. She hates running how did she get so good at it? She never runs
voluntarily.
Wait she's gone. Shoot. Wait this
is the bathroom. I knocked on the door. "Micki?" I asked. "In here!" she called
out. "Don't pretend you don't know it's me. Please open up. I want to talk to
you." I begged through the door. I heard it unlock, and she stepped out. God
she's beautiful.
"I miss you." she said quietly.
She said it. I couldn't take it anymore I hauled her to my chest. She slipped
her hands around my neck and inhaled. "God mouse I missed you. I even ruined
Jess's Christmas. You were going to do her nails every day until today." I said
mimicking Jess. Micki giggled at this. I was loosening my grip when she held on
tighter. "Don't you dare let go of me right now." she said. "Wouldn't dream of
it." I whispered.
I know that we need to talk and I
need to tell her how I feel but right now having her pressed to my chest was
all I wanted. "A lot happened." She whispered breaking to perfect silence in
the air. "That it did." I took her face in my hands to meet my eyes. "I know we
should talk, I have a lot to tell you so I can't imagine how you feel." She
nodded with a sad smile. "Right now I just want to make sure you aren't going
to run out on me. I love you." I said. I meant it. I love her so much and not
as a sister or best friend. Being away from her with the thought of losing her
made me realise that.
