Silena swiped her hand through the IM and looked over to us with a smirk. Before she could do anything, Calypso said "If you do not leave my daughter alone, it will be the last thing that you do."

"What will you do to me?" Silena asked with a wider smirk. Luke decided that it was time to change the topic from Calypso threatening her daughter. "I thought that Sammy was being possessed, not you." Luke said.

"I am another god." Silena stated simply.

"Who?" Allie asked. "You will find out in time, my darling." she mused with a slight smirk once again.

"Just, go away." Luke demanded. "Since when did I take orders from a spawn of the Jackson boy?" Silena responded with a snarl.

"Who are you?" Allie demanded once again. "Your mother knows me all too well." Silena answered. "Khione?" Allie asked.

"No, not her. I was not talking to you." She mused. "Then, who?" Luke asked. It seemed that Allie was growing to be rather annoyed, and Luke was as well.

"You will find out in time." Silena said. And with that, she grabbed Calypso's wrist and bent it with a sickening snap.

"Ugh!" She yelled. Calypso then slapped her daughter across the face, hard. Silena cried out "Ow!"

"Sweetie?" Calypso asked. "Mommy!" She exclaimed. "I'm so sorry, sweetie!" Calypso exclaimed.

"It's okay, I did break your wrist." Silena responded with a sniffle. "That wasn't you, honey." Calypso responded.

Silena was silent. "We all need some rest, I think." Calypso responded. Luke nodded and said "Let's go to bed."

It was rather dark outside, anyhow. Luke looked at the alarm clock, it read 8:46 PM. They had missed dinner.

Luke didn't have much of an appetite anyways.

Calypso took Silena and they walked out, probably to the infirmary. Allie sat on her father's bed. Luke walked into the bathroom and grabbed tissues.

He gave them to Allie. "Thanks," Allie said. She held the tissues up to her nose. "Luke," Allie said "How did you know to come?" She asked. "I had a dream." He said.

Allie nodded. "You put up one heck of a fight." Luke smirked. Allie smiled in return.

"Hey," Luke started as he noticed what was wrong. Allie was scared, frightened, and angry. He turned Allie's face towards him. "Everything will be alright." He said with his hands on her shoulders.

Allie just stared into his eyes for a moment and asked "But what if it's not? What if I never see my mom again?" The tears started to cascade down her delicate face, drop by drop.

"You'll see her again, I promise." Luke said. "Don't make promises that you can't keep." Allie retorted while staring into his eyes with her own, wide with fear.

Luke was silent for a moment. "Want me to stay here for the night?" He asked. Allie took a deep breath and said with a small smile "That'd be nice."

Luke smiled and said "Let me just grab my sleeping bag."

"You can just take my parent's bed and I'll take mine." Allie said. "Are you sure?" He asked her. "Positive." Allie smiled at him.

"I'll just go grab my pjs and be right back." Luke smiled.

As Luke walked back to the Poseidon cabin, he thought to himself about how much everything had changed since his parents had left for the quest. Allie and him had grown much more mature. He liked Allie. She was a very nice person.

Allie and him had been so close all of their life, and he was eternally grateful for that. He just hoped that they could continue their friendship forever.

As he was walking back to the Zeus cabin, it started to downpour. Luke bolted into the Zeus cabin and slammed the door behind him. "Raining?" Allie asked. Luke nodded his head and set his stuff down on the bed.

"What did it feel like when you passed out earlier?" Allie asked him. "It felt weird. I touched the, whatever it was, and I obviously passed out. But, I felt like I was floating. I still kind of feel like I am. I just had the average demigod dreams, though. The last one was of you and Silena fighting, so I shook myself awake and ran over here to stop it." Luke responded.

"What-what else did you see? Did you see my mom?" Allie asked hopefully. Luke nodded his head. Allie smiled widely and asked "Is she okay?"

"She's a little banged up, but she should be fine." Luke responded. "Is Sammy with her?" Allie asked.

"Yes, as well as Hazel." Luke responded. "What?!" Allie asked. Luke nodded his head sadly. "This is awful! Who is this person!?" Allie asked him.

Luke shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. "What if one of us goes next? It looks to be a pattern, adult, kid, adult. Next would be a kid, right?" Allie asked.

"For once, I hope that you're wrong." Luke responded.

"Me, too." Allie said.

They sat there amongst the silence, thinking about what has happened over the course of two days. It was scary how quickly things can change.

Luke looked to her and saw that she was rubbing her hands together. That was her nervous action. Luke stood from Jason's bed and walked over to her. "Everything will be fine." He reassured her again, but slower this time.

"How can you be so sure? I mean, look at us. We are only eight years old, we shouldn't have to go through any of this. We shouldn't have been forced to grow up so early. We act like the adults now because Calypso can't. I mean, she practically looks to us for advice." Allie told him.

She was right. Whenever Calypso would make a decision, no matter how menial it was, she would look to the two of them for approval.

Luke looked to Allie and said "Someone has to do it. It's good that we are, that way we know what to do if things get bad."

"I guess." Allie said. Luke nodded and said "Let's try to get some rest." Allie nodded in reply and Luke stood from her bed.

"Sleep tight." He told her as he went to Jason's bed.

"Goodnight." Allie murmured as she drifted to sleep.

Luke was still worried, but he had to be strong for her.

They have such a good friendship
Or will it grow into something more ????
