Phil sat there staring at the clock watching the minutes pass by until the dreadful silence would end. The past week without Dan had left their apartment oddly lonely, Phil had never realized how much he missed the youngers constant foul mouth or his insistent need to call him by his full name, Phil Lester. He didn't realize how much he could miss Dan, until he left to go visit his family's home. The silence was killing him, he glanced back at the clock, it was 7 o'clock, Dan had called earlier and said he would be home at 8, such a small amount of time suddenly felt like years to Phil, anytime waiting without Dan was too long. __________________________________________________________________

Dan hopped out of the cab and thanked the cab driver, who smelt like alcohol and day old cigarettes, but he did not care, he was too excited to be back in London, back home. Dan reached into his bag and pulled out his phone to film his return, just as he had filmed the rest of his trip home, kind of like a joke to his fans, oh look Dan can vlog now? "Hello Internet," Dan chimed as he flipped the camera on, "This week was fantastic and I loved getting to show you the world that screwed me up in the first place," Dan smirked, "and I figured why not film Phil's reaction to my return." Dan checked his watch, showing the time of 7:30, "I told Phil I would be home at 8, if we get lucky maybe he will think I am a robber and he will pee himself on camera, that should get a lot of likes. Wish me luck," Dan said as he reached out and turned the knob to his apartment, however Dan had no chance to scare the older, because Phil had been waiting impatiently for the others return and was up as soon as he heard the door open.

Phil was sitting there in silence staring at his phone when he heard the door open down the hall. Before he knew what he was doing, Phil was on his feet sprinting to meet his best friend. Dan saw the older bounding toward him, and he had just enough time to shut the door before Phil tackled him in a full out bear hug. "See I told you that the sap would miss me," Dan said to the camera phone in his hand, he began to joke about Phil, "I don't know how you survived without..." but that was all he got out before the older took his head between his hands and pulled him into a kiss. It was an unexpected moment of pure passion, that neither of them saw coming, especially Dan who was still filming the whole thing. "Uh, damn Phil, guess I can't use the coming home footage in my video anymore. Now what am I going to do with this?" Dan smirked. Phil smiled back and took the phone from Dan's hand, "You can edit that later," Phil replied as he leaned in and pressed his lips into Dan's once again.
