There are some journeys we never choose to embark on but our fate just leads us through that path without us even knowing.

Night came in earlier than expected, as I lay on the bed awaiting the arrival of my dear captor. I began to ruminate about him and what he had said to me when I heard a clicking sound and there was my captor standing in my room in his glorious and awesome cruelty.
‘I saw you had an august visitor so I decided not to interfere with your little chit-chat and gave you guys a little time to catch up on good memories. And yes, I never really left because being in my world there is no difficulty in transporting from my realm to yours without even lifting a finger, it is that easy’ he explained.
To tell you the fact, the explanation sounded rather awkward to me as my captor never had anything to explain to me for all he did was to give the order and it was for me to go along with his orders.
‘I hope you are ready for your trip?’
‘i don't feel like going’ I replied.
‘Well, young man it can't and will never be what you want or feel you should. I call the shots here and going with me that is final!'He helped me stand up from the bed and which when I had stood up, we walked out of my hospital room stealthily. I was confused to how he did it but we left the hospital unnoticed. When we got out, he held my hands and asked me to close my eyes which I did without complaints because I didn't want him to get annoyed with me.
‘You can now open your eyes’ he said.
When he said that, I flung my eyes open to see myself in a place which looked more like a prison, then a strange fearful feeling come upon me.
‘Welcome to my Kingdom’ he said happily.
‘Your Kingdom?’ I replied shocked. I looked around once again to see what he called a Kingdom, it was more of a prison yard than a Kingdom.
‘This is my Kingdom boy, and all these people are my subjects’Fear gripped me the more, I looked at the people he called his subjects, they were very, scrawny looking and had heavy chains on them.
‘Walk with me’ he said and I began moving forward.
I followed him carefully still wondering what a type of Kingdom was this. I saw some ugly looking men flogging some of the subjects as they worked on what looked like a farm.
‘Who are those?’ I asked.
‘Oh those? They are my workers, their main duty is to take care and tender my farms’ he answered.
‘But if they are your workers why do they need to be beaten?’ I asked.
‘They deserved to be beaten because they have become very rebellious and I need to prove to them that I am always in control’ he replied in anger.I was so scared to say more as his eyes darkened as he spoke.
‘Let’s continue our walk and no more questions’ he said and I nodded in reply.
‘You see my boy, I control everything here and nothing escapes from me without my knowing. For instance’ he said and smiled.
‘Guards!’ he shouted and two annoying looking dwarfs came running.
‘Yes, my Lord’ they both answered unanimously.
‘Bring me that foolish girl’ he commanded and they ran out.It wasn't quite long, when they came in with a lady of about twenty years of age. She looked so frail and sick, and this made me feel bad for her.
‘Can you believe that this little thing here wanted to get out of my grip? She planned to escape from my Kingdom, but of course she was caught. So, before she tries to escape again, I would give her the right and perfect punishment’ he said and brought out a sword.
‘Please’ she begged.
‘There is no begging in my Kingdom’ he replied.
‘Have mercy on me’ she pleaded.
‘Mercy? There is no mercy in this Kingdom. Every soul that sins shall definitely die, I have been tolerating you for a long time but now I don't think I can anymore’ he said frowning as he raised the sword up.I became tongue tied, I wanted to talk but no words came out of my mouth. I was so frightened but then he dropped his sword and I felt relieved.
‘Take’ he said stretching the sword to the girl and she collected it shivering.
‘Stab yourself’ he commanded.
‘What? Why? No!’ I shouted trying to prevent her from taking a stupid decision but I was held back by the guards. I tried to fight them off, but they were mysteriously stronger than I had imagined. And she admired the sword like as if it was a grand prize, raised it up and thrust it into her stomach.
‘No!’ I screamed in agony.
He didn't show any sign of remorse but began to laugh so loudly like as if he had just gotten a victory.
The laughter became sickening in my ears and with this, I shut my eyes and my ears in pain. When the pain reduced, I flung my eyes open only for me to see myself back on my bed in the hospital completely drenched in my sweat.‘Man, it was just a dream’ I said rubbing my temples while I sighed a sigh of relief.
‘You can tell yourself that if you want to live in a world of deceit’ I heard him say.
‘But just know you will end up like her if you also go through the same route’▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶▶
There isn't any prison that is easy to escape from but is very difficult to encourage yourself to escape from it like THE PRISON OF FEAR.
