Naruto pov-

I bit my lip "shit" I blurted out well I guess I have enough for a hood but other than that I have nothing I sighed and turned

Now where is the closest street vendor I look below yup there one

I jump down covering my face with my arm pretending that the sun was in my eyes I was in my usual clothes
I didn't have my headband on and my hair was messy and not in its usual style either

After I had picked the hood I wanted I instantly put it on ran to my old apartment and was instantly met with random people stopping me from going any closer

I peeked over his shoulder and seen that my apartment was being searched

"Sir I'm going to need you to go away this is a private investigation" he said in a monotone voice

I tried my best not to snort but it came out he glared at me i scoffed and walked away

"Ugh I guess I'll go to grandma's office" I jumped up on to a roof and made my way over to granny's office I stopped when I was right on top of it

"Hey get off there you brat konohamaru you brat- n-" she stopped I smiled and jumped in through the window

"Granny long time no see where's everyone?" She looked at me crazily shocked almost

"Naruto how dare you leave this village and come back to it!" She scolded me

I sat on her chair playing around with her pen

"Look granny I don't wanna be here I just wanna go back and run my mom and brother" I stated

She snatched her pen from my hands
"NARUTO?" A sudden voice yelled from the door I jumped And turned to the door to see Sakura and Ino I sighed

"Oh-! ino!" I ran up to Ino and hugged her she smiled and hugged back

I pulled away and stared at sakura she smiled at me in a awkwardly way

"So did you see sasuke!?" She yelled

"Yes Sakura I have!" I said
She smiled brightly "really did he say anything about me?" She said mumbling the 'about me' part

"Yes he did actually but I don't think you'd like it" I said smirking
She looked up at me Sparkled appearing in her eyes

"What did he say?!! Cmon hurry I want to know!" She rushed me to say

"He said. . . He wants to kill you" I said hiding my smirk her eyes went from sparkly to teary

I bit my tongue trying not to burst out laughing

Ino on the other hand burst out laughing she laughed so hard her stomachs started to hurt she held her stomach and slapped her knee a couple times

I was now also tearing up but not for a sad reason I was on the verge of tears trying not to laugh I almost failed

Until Sakura ran out crying into her arms I burst out laughing to the point I was crying and I'm the same state as Ino

Granny stared at us in a angry way she yelled "ok stop laughing! You idiots!" She said before hitting me and Ino on the head we yelped and grabbed our heads

"Grandma why would you do that?!" I huffed she giggled and turned away

"Naruto where are kurama and iruka?" She said as she sat on her chair

I looked down feeling tears flood my eyes I grasped my chest letting the tears fall down my face I turned and walked out of her office . . .

Iruka pov-

God it's been 3 months since Naruto's death sasuke and kakashi left back to the village a while ago

I've been having nightmares seeing sasuke stab naruto replaying every time i shut my eyes Kurama went fishing he's been keeping to himself lately which is weird

We miss him it's like a chunk of the sun went missing and now only
A small sunlight hits us for only a couple minutes and then it's dark again

Maybe. . .

Maybe we should go back to the village and maybe the hokage will forget about it 

I hated myself for letting him sasuke that damn uchiha get close to my baby

"Ma?"
"Mom are you ok?"

I turn to kurama and pull him into a hug I feel my tears fall out of my eyes
Then I feel my shirt getting soaked of kurama's tears

"It's ok baby it's ok" I say softly
I sigh and close my eyes.
