They laughed and talked with Edward, helping him understand new concepts in conversations. They reached their destination, sitting at a booth.
"Well aren't you a merry group. What can I get y'all?" The waitress asked. She knew them a bit as Y/N and Danny had become regulars at this diner.
"Three milkshakes and tater tots!" Danny ordered.
"Any ketchup with that?" She asked, even though she knew the answer to that. She jot their order down, before leaving.
"So... Edward- how's business?" Danny asked, a smile on his face.
"Good. Joyce paid me yesterday. A lot more than it was priced. Maybe she made a mistake-"
"Nope! No mistake." Y/N smiled. Their order soon was brought out, and all three began enjoying their milkshakes.

Danny, obviously, dipped the tater tots in his milkshake, enjoying the sweet and salty taste. Edward wanted to try as well, but with his scissor hands, he had trouble. Danny helped him out, Edward instantly falling in love with the new flavor. Y/N smiled, no longer worrying about whether he was going to have fun.
"I'm thinking," Danny swallowed, before shoving a tater tot, "We go get candy afterwards."
"I like your way of thinking Danny!" Danny paid for the food, before all three existed and walked down to the closest Liquor store. Danny grabbed handfuls of pop rocks pouches, 3 rolls of Hubba Bubba tape gum, Warheads, Astro pops, and other candies.
"Dude- don't you worry about cavities? Just looking at that pile almost makes me want to not get any.... almost." All three smiled, before grabbing more candy, Edward excited to try new things.

"It's popping." Edward smiled, pouring more Pop Rocks in his mouth, with some help of course.
"Yeah, try biting them." Y/N told him, her face puckered from the sour shock of a Warhead. He bit down, the popping becoming louder.
"If only everyday could be like this. That'd be nice." Danny sighed, separating their candy pile. "Here, this is yours. I have to go, but I'll see you around. Bye Ed!" They waved him goodbye, before departing to their way back to the house.

The following day, Marge had agreed to take Edward to get his scissors sharpened. Though Edward wanted to spend the day with Y/N, Kim had taken her out with her friends. Upon getting out of the car, he saw Y/N laughing at one of Kim's friends. She seemed to be having fun... without him. Kim's friend grabbed her hand, as he and the others ran inside the van, before they drove off.

Jim had gotten down with Kim and Y/N, not wanting them to be alone. Which Y/N thought was bullshit. I mean, they did drop them off right in front of the house so there really wasn't any danger... except that Kim had forgotten her key.
"Don't you have a key?" Jim asked.
"I don't live here. I just crash here from time to time. Plus, mines inside. I thought Kim brought hers in her purse." Y/N spat. Jim cursed, as Marge's car pulled up. Edward got out, walking to the group.
"Ed, you wouldn't happen to have a key, would you?" Y/N asked.

"No." Edwards responded, walking up to the door. He picked locked it, perfectly. Kim smiled at him, Jim being passive aggressive.
"Your a life saver! Any longer out here with Jim and I would have used his head to break open the window." Y/N partially joked. Edward laughed, a warm feeling rushing in Y/N. They entered the house, Kim and Jim locking themselves in her room.
"Right, well while we wait for Peg, I'll help you get dressed." Y/N grabbed the nice clothes Peg had prepared him, helping Edward out of the other ones.

She had nearly forgotten how his regular clothes looked like. Gothic, but it suited him a lot better
then his other clothes. Peg had came by the time Y/N finished buttoning his blazer.
ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

Edward answered questions, but Peg did most of the talking. Kevin was back from his friends house, and all four had sat in front of the t.v watching Edward's interview. Ladies asked questions, some even asking if he ever wanted to get surgery for his hands. Y/N tried to imagine him with hands, but couldn't. Scissors were something that suited him, at least thats what Y/N thought. Something about a salon or something... same questions, thought Y/N.
"Do you have a girlfriend?" Now that was a question. Edward fidgeted, looking back and forth from the camera to the audience.

"Sure he does. Right, Y/N, Kim?" Jim joked.
"Right, Y/N, Kim?" Kevin repeated. Kevin had seemed to no longer crush on her, and rather, have a crush on a girl at his school.
"Great. Now you got him started." Kim said, turning back to the t.v. Edward stared at the camera, as if he were trying to find the right words, or trying to build up the courage to say. Something about his eyes sent chills down Y/N. Her heart fluttered, and she felt herself become red in the face. Edward moved towards the microphone, before it electrified him. The audience screamed, as Jim laughed.

Y/N noticed Kim was blushing, as she scolded Jim. Was she serious? The same girl who complained about having him in her house, blushing for him? Was she just seeking a thrill? Not wanting to think about it any more, Y/N decided to distract herself with washing dishes.

Aight... I know I know. I've been gone for... awhile. But I was visiting. family and got back like 2 weeks ago-ish. Um, this part is kinda rocky and not one of the best ones, but im too lazy to re-write it. Besides, I kinda set myself up for failure cuz idk if u guys know this but there is a lot of time skips. So I decided to make the key incident and the interview in the same day. I just found it easier. so. Also sorry if there are any typos, please do tell me if there is. Ok bye!!

HAHA NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THE TYPOS!!! IT MADE NO SENCE IN SOME SCENES. but if fixed them.
