Lunch

Takemichi ate his ginger and chugged water.
Maybe this was his punishment from Shinichiro.

Takemichi made his and Mikey's lunch and put it away.

"How was your first day Takemichi?"
Shinichiro sat on the chair for the kitchen table.

"To be honest, it was pretty weird."

Takemichi told him everything about the Haitani brothers and Inui.

'I thought I told them to stay away from you..'

"Maybe they don't mean any harm..? They could be really bad at talking to people."
Shinichiro said.

"That's what I was thinking, I don't understand them!"
Takemichi sat down with Shinichiro and rested his head on the table.

"You could try to befriend them. You know, restart."

"... I think I'll do that.."

"But if they do anything again, just tell me okay?"

"Shin-kun, what did you say to the brothers when I told you about them?"

"Ah, well me and Wakasa scared them off.. we just kind of, pushed them around a little.."
Shinichiro said looking away from Takemichi.

"What?! You and Wakasa?!"
Takemichi looked at Shinichiro weirded out.

"I don't care what you did. If Wakasa was involved, nothing could go well."

Takemichi got up and started looking in the fridge.

"Takemichi!~ I'm sorry!"

'He sounds like 15 year old Mikey..'

"Don't apologize to me, apologize to the brothers!"
Takemichi closed the fridge door and started chopping things up.

"What are you doing?"

"I need to make the brothers a lunch as an apology."

'Well if that'll make them friends...'

"Good morning Mikey!"

"Uuuggggghhh..."

It was still weird to see Mikey awake at this time.

Takemichi gave him his waffles.

Mikey asked.

Izana was walking with them this time.

"Mikey-kun.. summer break is over.."
