Chapter 3: Birthday

Ramiah's POV

"Go to your apartment and get dressed up Mel!" I say while pulling her in to her apartment,"ok ok chill" she says while laughing "I will change and get in the car with Velvette BYEE! LOCK THE DOOR." I screamed while pulling my sister to my apartment. I changed and we both went to my car. She went in the backseats so that Mel could sit in the passenger seat.

"Soo what's happening with you and Melissa" my sister asks "Nothing" I said, I then see Mel coming up to the car. I got out of the car and opened the door for her and jokingly bowed "Good morning your majesty" I said while chuckling "Why thank you kind ma'am" she says while laughing, after she gets in I get in the drivers seat. I didn't start driving yet because I had to chat them to inform that I was gonna pick them up.

Ramiah: Will I pick you guys up?

Elisha: Yeppp we're in the same apartment rn, go to Kira's apartment

I close my phone then started driving. I normally use one hand and then put my other on something, I put my other hand on Mel's thigh while focusing my eyes on the road.

Melissa's POV

Cam starts driving and puts her other hand on my thigh, I feel butterflies in my stomach and just stare at her hand. After staring at her hand for minutes, she stops in front of Kira's apartment. Kira and Elisha comes in the car "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEL!" they both scream when they get in the car "Thank you thank you" I said "Sooo what will we do today bday girl" Cam asks me while turning to look at me.

Ramiah's POV

I turn my head asking what we'll do today, I see her face and sh*t she's so pretty. I just stare at her for seconds "Umm I don't honestly know, I thought you guys would pick" she says while blushing hard and looking down "What the heck is happening with you guys" Kira asked while looking at me staring at Mel, "Nothing" We both say at the same time "Ok so where will we go? I need a destination plss" I said "We could go to BGC and have our breakfast there." Velvette suggests "Yeah ok sure" I say while starting to drive and put my other hand on Mel's thigh.

Kira's POV

I see Miah's hand on Mel's thigh which was weird, are they dating?? Wait doesn't Mel have a boyfriend? I was confused so I asked Mel "Hey Mel where is your boyfriend?" "Oh we broke up earlier" she said "What?? What happend" I asked because I was so confused "Nothing he was just so annoyinggg" Miah said "oh ok" Elisha said suspiciously. We then drive for 20 minutes while chatting once in a while, We arrived and Miah parked in reverse while using the back of her hand to steer the wheel.

Melissa's POV

Sh*t her parking was so attractive, I was staring at her while she was parking but then she suddenly spoke "Soo you guys ready to go??" "YEP!" We all said at the same time, we get out of the car and went to an open place, we saw that mary grace was open so we went there. When we got there we sat in a 6 seats table so the arrangement was Elisha and Kira beside eacother, me, Cam and, Velvette next to eachother.

Ramiah's POV

"Soo what's up with your life Ash!! May boyfriend ka na ba?" (Do you have a boyfriend?) I ask my sister "Nope but I do have a bbf" she said "yieeeee" all of us said. "Tell us more laterr, for now what do you guys want to order" I said, they all said their orders and I was about to stand up and call a waiter but when I was away from the table an old friend approached me, it was an old friend, it was Julia or Miga as I call her. She went to me and hugged me so I hugged back "Miga! How are you!" I say while still hugging her "I'm okay what about you?" She asks "good good just having breakfast with my friends, who are you with?" I ask her looking around until I saw a boy standing behind her "Ohh I'm having breakfast with my boyfriend" she says "Ohh ok nice to meet you, I am Ramiah, her old friend" I say while shaking his hand "Nice to meet you, I'm Matt her boyfriend" he says while shaking my hand "I have to go Migaaa but I'll chat you sometime!" I say while giving her a hug "Bye!!" She says.

After that, I called a waiter and went back to the table.

Melissa's POV

I was watching Cam as she was getting up to call a waiter, but a girl suddenly hugs her and Cam hugs her back, jealousy was piercing through my veins I wanted to get up and seperate them from eachother, but I am just her bestfriend. It's not like I'm her girlfriend, so I couldn't do anything. Elisha then started to talk "What's up with you and Miah" she turns her head and asks me "Nothing" I said "hmm ok sure totally, so you don't like her at all?" Kira says "Yea" I say "okkk soo you won't mind if I set her up with my friend?" Velvette says "Umm yeah sure it's her life" I say while looking down "I'm just joking HAHAHA I ship Melia" she says laughing "Wth is Meli-" I say but Cam sits on her chair so I cut myself off.

Ramiah's POV

I go back to the table and sat on my chair, I noticed that Mel was talking before I sat down but she stopped "What's up?" I ask the group "Nothing just teasing people" my sister says "Okk as always thenn" I say "Anyways I met an old friend earlier, Miga! Do you remember her Ash?" I turn to my sister and asked "OHH your childhood bestfrienddd yeahh I remember her. Who is she withh?" Ash asks "Oh just her boyfriend, Matt" I say as the waiter arrives.

"Good morning po, what will be your order?" The waiter asks, we all say our orders and return our menus. We were all talking about what to do after breakfast, I suggested we go to a mall or a game park, they all said yes to the mall so that we could go shopping or go to the cinemas, buttt if we do go shopping it would be Ash and I's treat since we always treat the friend group.
5 more minutes, and then the food arrived. We all ate and chatted the whole time, and after that Ash paid even though I insisted that I would pay. After we were done, we went back to my car and all buckled up to go to the mall. Mel is again sitting in the passenger seat, I started the car and started driving as I put my hand on Mel's thigh again.

We arrived in the mall and got out of the car, we enter the mall and strolled around. We went in to a store that contained clothes, we went shopping and of course I will pay. When we were at the check out line I saw a familiar face, it was Jacob, the son of a b*tch Ex of Mel. When I saw him I didn't let Mel know and whispered it to my sister. I pulled Mel to go to my back and she was just looking confused and didn't question it, she continued to chat with Kira and Elisha. We moved up in the line and Jacob finally saw us which is bad, he walked to us but my sister and I blocked his way of going to Mel. "You can't come near her" Ash says while crossing her arms "Says who?" Jacob says "Says us idiot" I say to him coldly.

Melissa's POV

I notice Ash and Cam just standing infront of us and crossing their arms, I couldn't hear what they were doing or saying. I decided to put my head on Cam's shoulder and faced her neck then said "Watchuu doingg?" I then turned my head to face what she was looking at, it was Jacob literally, how! He is so annoying. "Oh so you replaced me with your bestfriend?" Jacob says "I mean likee I would but not rn" I mumbled so that no one would hear "No??" I replied to his question "Ok so will you come back to me" He says rudely "NO!" Cam says while gently pushing me back to Elisha and Kira who were just chatting and didn't know what was happening. I went back to chatting with them while Cam and Ash say some things to Jacob which I couldn't hear, but in a few minutes he walked away.

Ramiah's POV

2:15 PM

My sister and I tell Jacob to stay away from Cam and never meet up with her again. I then turned back to Mel as we were about to get our items checked out since we were next. We checked out all of our items and I brought my wallet out and paid, when we were done I told all of them to come with me since we would watch a movie.

When we arrived in the cinemas we picked a horror movie to watch. Our seat arrangement was Elisha,Kira,Ash,Me,Mel. Mel and I were next to eachother again, I feel like Kira, Elisha and, Ash was planning this😭😭
