Manuel zoomed to the hospital when he got a text from Sol's mom, saying that he was allowed to visit now.

After a long time of not being able to be with him. Naturally, he was excited.

He went into the waiting room then saw the receptionist at the front desk. "Hello. I came to visit Solidad Del Rosa."

She looked up at him then looked through her computer. She smiled. "Ok. Name?"

"Manuel Castro. What is his room number?"

"Ok he is in room 519 on the fifth floor." He nodded and went to the elevator. He frowned about how high his boyfriend was when he got in. He knew about Sol's fear of heights and hoped he didn't see that he was that high up.

It was hell whenever Sol got scared of his huge fear. It took a bit to get him to calm down but a lot to stop him trembling. And when it's extreme, he would cry and cling onto someone to calm down.

He remembered when he found out (a little too late though) about his fear of heights.

As they got closer to the front of the ride Ring of Fire, Sol stared at it with a bit of fear. Manuel teased "What is it Mahal? Scared?"

Sol blinked then scoffed. "No. Let's do this." On the ride however, he wouldn't stop holding on tight to the pipe that connected the security harness to the ceiling and keeping his eyes closed.

Around the 3rd time they stayed upside down, he whimpered then said "M- momma!" This worried Manuel.

Sol whimpered as he cried, getting off the ride then hugged Manuel tightly. "No- no more heights. P- please."

"Ok, Mahal. I'm sorry for that."

It took 3 funnel cakes, a pizza, fries, a large Dr Pepper and a leopard plush to calm him. Plus cuddles as they ate.

He was just glad he could comfort him if Sol did notice he was up so high.

At his room, Manuel saw Sol and frowned. His skin was paler than usual, covered with blue and purple bruises, stuck with needles and cords connected to the machines that kept him alive. A translucent white tube stuck out of his mouth.

He winced a bit as he saw him looking a bit dead. That was his boyfriend. "Sol..." he teared up. "Huwang mo akong iwan. Stay strong." The tears fell as he kissed him. "I need you to live."

Huwang mo akong iwan: don't leave me
