(Yes once again still in flash back)
-Catlyin's pov-
I sigh and watch small fish swim under the overhanging rock, they don't seem scared of me. I look over at Makayla who is also watching her reflection next to me.
Instead of watching mine I look into her reflection. She seems deep in thought and the silece is killing me.
"What are we gonna do?" I ask slowly breaking the cold silence.
"We could run away, we still have those hideouts in the woods further down the stream" she says matter-of-factly. I smile and laugh. "True but is that gonna be enough?" Our hideout is a barn that hadn't burned down when a fire started in the old mans house.
He left it abandoned in the middle of the woods. So we kind of adopted it. We don't go there often but its out there....somewhere.
-Makayla's pov-
I wasn't freaked out by Catlyin's eyes. I was surprised. Yesterday was my birthday and that night my eyes had turned purple with the same cat sltitted eyes. Maybe it had something to do with the moon? Absentmindedly I gazed up at the moon, clouds drifted over it making it look as if it was encased in thick fog.Duhn duh DAHHHHH lol suprise its finally coming together!I hoped you guys enjoyed this chapter a few ppl are starting to read and I'm so happy, my other book didn't quite work out as well as this one. The picture is Makayla and I at school.
