Chapter 10

'As a friend, a good friend I would ask'

A series of powder makeup scattered in the air as mirae fix yerin's makeup, it has been a month since the cafe incident and this day, a special day which regards to all students to end the year as a student. It's the graduation day and mirae has volunteered to do her friend's makeup. At first the girl didn't accept the offer but after some begging session with her, she agreed nonetheless

And now here they stand infront of the mirror with various makeups and other facial wears beneath the surface of the table inside mirae's bedroom. Her bedroom wasn't too fancy as most people think of, the color of the room was pink as expected for her girly attitude, inside her bedroom has a red sofa, pink bed that has a roof covered with transparent curtains like those in a princess movie, it shows elegancy it's the only fancy furniture inside her bedroom as per her wish, on the side includes a bookshelves with various rom-com mostly romance book, a study table that consist of her school supplies either books, notebooks pens and more, on the other side of the bed has a makeup table and infront of the window on the far right lays her computer that she uses whenever she wants to play online or communicate with anyone she wants

The girl now finish with the basics and has asked for the girl to close her eyes so she could apply the make up with ease and perfection, yerin has her mind on the clouds as she mindlessly close her eyes not really bothering to open them, the graduation starts in the afternoon but she was woken up by her mother early in the morning, saying things that she should prepare earlier than late. Mrs. Kim has called mirae over to come pick the girl up so then they both can start their preparation, she was to sleepy to argue and just let the two women do what they want to do with her

"Yah! Kim Yerin, are you sleeping," asked by the girl putting her hands on her waist, looking at her unbelievably, her friend who was secretly dozing off immediately divert her eyes towards her, shaking her head as a sign of denial but dozing off once again

"I picked you up at six and had let you sleep for two hours and you're still sleeping, we're going to be late rin, stop dozing off and let me finish or I'm going to dump the water inside the fridge on you," she warned and continued what she was doing, she was almost finish and just need some final touches to be able to make her look more presentable than before with dried saliva on her lips

The girl who was sitting on the chair fought with her sleepiness, she continuously fail so she picked up her phone and decided to play with it until her eyes stop dropping down their lids. Mirae with her hand on yerin's face then smiled and took a step back to admire her work, once satisfied she ushered her friend to stand up so she could start with her own makeup

Yerin who had just stood up then look at herself infront of the mirror, her mouth slightly parted shocked at her appearance. Mirae was indeed a professional when it comes to make up, her makeup was beautiful yet simple. It looks natural yet it is not, it took her some minutes to move on and glance at her friend who was busy doing her own makeup

"I look beautiful rae, got to admit you're such a professional when it come to this things," the girl gratefully said smiling widely, it made her friend proud and happy

"Yet you refuse my offer, last day," mirae replied as she finished her own and glance at her friend who was looking at her with regret, "If I didn't beg you, you would of have not seen my magic," the girl jokingly added making the girl beside mirae chuckle

"You become prideful when someone praise you sometimes that is why, I didn't want to see your work because I know I can't keep my mouth from praising your makeup skills," yerin then turned around grabbing her phone and bag on the bed
